Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Coffee offered which was a great touch.
We had Sonia as a sales rep. And I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Her chat and humor was brilliant felt relaxed..

The staff were professional and friendly in their approach. I am still waiting for the sofa to be delivered. So far, its been a pleasant experience.

Showed me several options

Our experience, walked into the store and made very welcome from the start . We had some idea what we wanted knowing we had choices of other outlets around DFS . We also knew we were looking at potentially five settees, at this point nobody knew of this simply we were looking at settees. It wasn’t long before myself and my wife had full confidence in the salesman. After picking two settees for our kitchen diner we took extra time to place an order for three more . Never once did the salesman force any issues generally incredibly helpful throughout our experience.

Blaze was super helpful and patient while our toddler made the process infinitely more difficult than it needed to be.

We had a fantastic experience at DFS today thanks to Ben and Blaise. They were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process of choosing our new sofa. They took the time to answer all of our questions, offered helpful advice without being pushy, and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish.

Their excellent customer service made what could have been a difficult decision so much easier. We’re absolutely delighted with our purchase and really appreciate all of their help. Ben and Blaise are a real credit to the DFS team. Thank you both!

Both me and partner knew what we wanted from DFS when we went to visit. Big shout out to Blaze. She helped us make our decision as we were little unsure to start. No pressure tactics, just friendly honest advice. She was very carm and professional throughout. Had lovely rapour with us and really helped us get the order we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she is a credit to the store.
