DFS were empathetic, compassionate and extended their apologies. They helped us purchase a sofa similar to our previous one and waived certain fees and delivery times to help us further. Excellent service! Thankyou!

We was looking for a new suite and didn't want to use another well known high street store that we had previously had problems with, wasn't really going to buy today but with the choice of sofas it didn't take long to pick one. We didn't feel any pressure to buy the sales assistant Beth was very helpful and gave us some great advice. Once we had chosen a suite the sale was very easy , and it comes with a great guarantee, would definitely recommend.
