Great service from Carol. She was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process , answering all my questions and making everything easy. Friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right sofa. Couldn’t be happier with the experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for great customer service.

Arrival was very welcoming and due to the weather offered bottle of water which was really nice. Salesman and manager very friendly explained everything and all options available

In my experience furniture retailer staff tend to pounce on potential customer and I find this quite off-putting. Carol was a little more circumspect and timed her intervention better than most and was very helpful once we needed to engage. She was happy to leave us alone to ponder for a while, so I guess confident that we would return to her if we decided to progress.
Store was clean and tidy as ever, ability to show images of sofa on large screen in various colours was helpful.
Administrative aspect that followed in store were relaxed and effective.

The sales man Vic was really good and showed us multiple options, not pushy at all. Very good service.

We were looking for a corner sofa and decided to go to dfs we were served by Sarah who gave us exceptional service talking us through everything we even ended up buying two double beds aswell thoroughly recommebd the service at dfs stevenage

Ellie was friendly and helpful and her knowledge of the products was excellent. She enabled us to choose a suitable settee very easily and gave us good advice on aftercare and extras available.

Purchased a new bed for my daughter & 2 sofas when moving. The bed is absolutely beautiful, the pictures on the website do not do it justice. Very girly, my daughter loves it.

Staff were lovely. Got the best deal and didnt just feel like they wanted the money. Offered hot drinks and had a good half hour sit down and friendly chat with an employee about holidays and places to visit. Overall lovely calm atmosphere in the shop and lovely service.
Also looking forward to recieving our new sofa :)

We visited our local DFS store in Stevenage to select a sofa, chair, footstool.
We were welcomed by Nikki the sales person who informed us of the layout and left us to tryout the various sofas.
When we were ready she pointed out the details of the one we had chosen to purchase. Very helpful and not pushy.
