Enjoyable stress free experience
Im in the process of moving house. I visited DFS in Stockton onn 9th July and was fortunate to be greeted by the Manager Lee. I was looking for numerous amounts of large furniture items. Lee was so patient and helpful and took a long time showing numerous options for every item I bought. I left until the next day as I needed to take measurements for the large items and returned on 10th July and again Lee greeted me and again took time to discuss and plan every item. Lee is very thorough and professional but also has a very friendly manner. It was nice not to feel rushed and Lee explained every aspect of my purchase. Insurance ,care of furniture,delivery dates etc.A very pleasant experience and all of his team where friendly and helpful. I would recomment this store to anyone and other stores could learn a lot from Lee and his team. Thank you

All is good until an item is missing from your delivery and then you are just given false promises. 2 weeks later and numerous promises of deliveries and still no sign of the item!!!
