Dhani is the biggest scam of the decade. I have been emailing them to close my account for a month. Even though all dues are cleared they still asking me to pay the subscription fee in the name of “uncleared dues” despite not even using their app for over a month. Please don’t get into this

Kachra service mene 11th jun ko order kiya tha jo abhi tak nahi aaya hai or abhi custom care me phone krta hu to pata chalta hai apka order nahi ho sakta apko refund milega wo bhi tab jab mene pu6a or bina bataye refund ganrate kr diya hai, mat krna order bakwaas

From app to customer service everything is fraud. This app is total scam. I ordered few items on this app before check out it was showing this is final price. After that they charged extra on credit card transaction. Till 10th day items were not even dispatched. And when I called customer representative said your tracking ID will be created in 3 hours, but it was not done. So I called next day they said it is not created and it'll be done in 3 days so call after 3 days. And worst part is after this all the customer representative are so rude. They don't even say sorry for inconvenience. Instead of saying sorry they talk to customer very rudely. And All offers on this app are just to attract customers so they can easily scam them.

They are frudster
They scam people they said after 500 rupees per year user gets 50k credits BUT! they give 5k per month also you can use 250 rupees daily nothing else.
This is why they promt they will never refund the paid amount and this is ACTUAL scam they didn't told us what we get they just said they gonna give 50k credits but they didn't told us how they gonna give so guys be aware ITS A SCAM. I GOT SCAMMED AND MAYBE I GET A REFUND.

Dhani one freedom is totally froud with costumers name with subscription fee
Yours background in make loan file and this type information not be share with fresher guys and only 100rupees dues in downward yours cibil score
I just see my cibil score there all ditails mention about your loan there make file and clearly seen you have get loan
And starting in not be share this type information

And lastly forces for subscription fee and if you can't pay it's subscription fee they are file case in courts and make illigal case against you
So guys don't buy this type company credit

Product is garbage. Don't even download the app, dhani will spam you on your phone even after you ask them to stop calling you and deleted the app.
Stay away!!

Very bad experience, hiden charge everywhere.

Please dont use this app , i will say why
1. Amount allowed to use will be 10% of total value of your credit limit
Eg: if your credit limit was 10000Rs. your are allowed to use 1000Rs per day
2.every month you have pay 235Rs for using this wallet .

Bait app.
1. Customer care phone number does not exist.
2. Have to pay monthly for the card despite other financial services offer yearly subscription fees.
3. Once enrolled, you cannot pay your purchase in full. You have to go through 3 EMI. And every month you have to pay 500 subscription fees as well.
4. Major headache is that, they don't even help in any manner.
