Exeter area operative incompetent and uncaring, asked no questions about health needs, vaccinations or anything. Treated nervous dog harshly and with no compassion. Dog became very distressed whilst being dried, operative carried on regardless making no attempt to soothe or settle the dog. We actually aborted the appointment due to distress caused. Dog left bleeding after dew claw almost entirely cut off because he "should just have kept still" Serious concerns about this man's motivation for buying the franchise, certainly not because of a love of dogs.

Second time using this service and I’ve been happy each time. Our dog looks amazing when she comes back. Even though a nervous dog she comes back happy and excited so you know they’ve treated her well. Thank you so much. Highly recommend

Dial a dogwash Liverpool! Kayleigh did an amazing first puppy groom on my cavapoo Minnie, it was very needed. She looked great afterwards and smelled unreal! Lovely service, great communication! Will be booking in again!

Tracy came around today after a recommendation from a local group on social media.
She really knows her stuff and handled my dog brilliantly. She did a great job and he was so happy afterwards, bouncing around, wagging his tail all excited, it really gave him a lift, it was lovely to see and I’m pleased with the results. Would recommend absolutely.

Thoroughly impressed with the girls from Dial a Dog Truro. They were brilliant, totally understood our dog and did everything to make her feel comfortable and relaxed. Our fur baby looks and smells amazing and enjoyed a stress free grooming session. Highly recommend the team. 😊

Not impressed at all, Our pooch came back indoors wet and when he was dry we noticed lots of uneven areas where his hair wasnt cut very well,

Will not use again they caught my dog with the clippers under his armpit it was really sore and didn't own up to it when asked. I feel like he was rushed through and dread to think how else he was being treated locked up in that van.

My dog was absolutely filthy and her nails needed trimming badly. She'd never seen a professional groomer before but Dial a Dog Wash did an absolute amazing job with her. They made her comfortable and washed her so well and cut her nails. She was like a different dog at the end. Amazing job with amazing results. Will definitely use them again and again. 100% recommend this company.

Another amazing job done with this company with my 1 year old rottie he comes back smelling lovely and looks amazing absolutely would never ever go any where else and I think my dog is developing a bond with them lol absolutely couldn't recommend dial a dog wash enough they are the best ever 😀 very happy customer here 😀

We had our Springer Spaniel groomed this morning. Turned up on time and the groom took more or less the amount of time they said it would. Really happy with the quality of the work & more than happy to recommend them to others, we will definitely be using them again.

Hiya - we just want to share how FANTASTIC Tanya is with our rescue dog Feena (who is super nervous, anxious, afraid of people and can show this via growling and barking). We asked if Tanya could be her regular groomer - which was no problem at all. Tanya gives Feena little pep talks before, lots of loving, time and patience. Feena is scared of the different noises, so Tanya will turn them off (shower head / blow dryer), reassure her and go again at Feena's pace. We often hear Tanya telling Feena 'That's OK', 'We're nearly done', 'Oh you are a good girl', 'Well done Feena' and asking her if she's OK (I'm pretty sure Feena never answered her once 🤣), but it's so lovely to see the trust she has built with Tanya! You can see how much Tanya loves dogs and her job. Super star, thank you so much x

Claire Jones Walsall/West Bromwich I have used Claire for 13 years, she was so gentle with my Labrador woody who has sadly passed on and now with my baby Alaskan Malamute. He is 1 years old and it’s his first time in the van, he’s blowing his coat and Claire has come to the rescue. I know he has enjoyed it, you can tell in his swagger 🤣 thanks Claire 10/10 always

Had the Cornwall dial a dog wash in to groom my dog,the two ladies looked after my baby Rottie Storm like it was their own dog. Thank you Dial a dog wash I will be using you again. Sharon 👍🏽

Wouldn’t trust these cowboys to trim my hedge never mind my dogs again. Left one of my dogs as if he had been cut by the council , my 6 year old granddaughter could of done a much better job . My other dog came back with blood coming from his mouth and a badly blood shot eye . Obviously due to some sort of trauma. They both came back extremely traumatised. Christ knows what went on in that van . I wouldn’t let Ned anywhere near your dogs !!

Dermot in Roscommon is fantastic, he already grooms our other furball, and we’ve just taken on another rescue labradoodle, that Dermot as made look incredible. Brilliant guy, brilliant service

Not even one star! Dreadful job on my beautiful cavapoo. Reading up on your site I realise now that getting a franchise requires no experience with dogs, let alone grooming talent. A minimum of training and off you go. Blame myself for not researching.

I’ve been using the lovely Laura and Marie from Dial a dog wash,Mid Cornwall for nearly 2 years now and they do a superb job grooming my dog every time,I wouldn’t go now where else,thank you ladies 🥰 you are amazing!

Graham and Joe from Eastbourne/ Halisham area were very kind to our 14 year old labradoodle Dylan, who has arthritis. Our dog really needed attention because during lockdown I had tried to keep on top of his coat myself, but it had got quite matted. Graham lifted him very gently into the van (he's 40 kilos!) and did his best to make the experience bearable. Dylan didn't like it much, but he's going to be so much more comfortable now and he looks like velvet and smells ok too! Thank you for dealing so kindly with my nervous dog.
