Diamondairportparking Reviews

Ease of booking, easy to find, everything about the booking smooth, simple and well taken care of, waiting for me as promised, quick changeover when time to collect, staff cheerful and helpful, would use again, thankyou.

Satnav took us straight to Diamond Parking. They were pleasant and very efficient. Transfer to airport was immediate. On return (25/5/26) we had hold lugguge to collect but still cleared airport in under 20 minutes. We made the short journey to the pick up point and the shuttle bus was already there waiting for us. Returned to Diamond Parking and with a minimum of fuss were on our way home. The whole process was exemplary. Top marks to Diamond Parking.

Couldn’t rate high enough. Efficient and friendly service at both drop off and return. Thank you!

Very friendly and obliging. Transport to and from airport immediately available so no waiting around. Highly recommend

Nice and easy , no hassle and brilliant service. Maybe not the easiest place to find , but once there I was looked after and more than happy, nice friendly service and explained everything. 5 or so minutes from the airport and dropped as close as possible to the airport, 2 minute walk and then picked up in the same spot ( phoned as I came out and the man was waiting for us. I would recommend the service definitely.

Close to airport and didn’t take long to be dropped off, Ken was waiting for us already at the airport on our return so a swift return to get our car and away, we will definitely used them again, great service

Excellent service from start to finish. Bus was waiting when we got off the plane as they see us land. Car was ready to go, exactly what’s needed after travelling. Will be using again thank you.

Excellent service. A little tricky to find in the dark but other then that could not ask for a better service.

This was the first time we have used this company, it won't be the last. Everything went smoothly, from dropping the car off to picking it back up again went without a hitch.

Fantastic service, left car in dedicated car park and then a shuttle bus took us to the airport. Then on our return, they were waiting for us to take us back to our car. 5 star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Easily booked on line, competitive pricing.
Clear instructions to the secure parking compound.
Very welcoming & friendly reception, quick transfer to airport.
Prompt pick up upon return, efficiently processed & soon on our way home.
Highly recommend this company.

Great service, used for second time! Del was ready to pick us up as soon as I called when we landed. Will definitely use again.

Nice greeting on arrival fast transfer to the airport terminal no waiting on return pickup and Keys easily accessible for collection. Thanks to both the staff who were courteous good humoured and efficient.

At first glance we were not sure on arrival but the guys were amazing and all swift. Heaters outside and toilets available. On return call the number they collect you and then your keys are in a key safe to pick up and go. Great service!
