I was passing by when I spotted a watch in the window so I went in to try it on. The gentlemen inside were charming. They took the time to answer all my questions and let me try on quite a few watches until I settled for the one I loved. I didn’t feel rushed at all which I really appreciated. If you’re passing by don’t hesitate to go in. It’s been a while since I’ve had an in store experience as pleasant as this one. I’ll be back I’m sure!

These guys are absolutely amazing, they source the watches so quickly, we’ve got 2 Rolexes from here and honestly their quality is next to none! Quick replies and really high professionalism and very prompt! They’re amazing at what they do and hope they continue doing well in their business! Strongly recommend!!! I stumbled upon the Diamond Brothers whilst up in London looking for my next watch to save up for. I was admiring the beautiful timepieces in their window when I was beckoned in.
Ben and Charlie were very welcoming, despite me saying I wasn’t looking to buy that day. There was no pressure or hard sell, and they were keen I experience some of their lovely watches including insisting I try on a Richard Mille RM010 they have for sale.
We happily chatted watches for ages, until I had to make a move, when they very kindly gifted me a couple of their handsome Diamond Brothers baseball caps!
Great guys, great stock, and I’m sure I’ll be back to get a watch in the future.

Pleasure doing business with diamond brothers! All questions answered straight away and even after purchase! give measurements of wrist to have links taken out of watch to fit correctly which they did with no hassle at all with the extra links put in the box. My son bought the watch online which was in fab condition, polished and serviced before recieving it, communication was great! Would deffo recommend and will be using again! Thanks for a great smooth experience.
