The ring looks great, came just in time. We will see if it needs resizing and how that experience goes, but i am very satisfied as of now.

The jewelry itself is beautiful and everything I expected, but low quality shipping ruined the experience. The product was shipped via a low UPS international service tier which resulted in: 12 hour delivery windows for a signature required delivery, consistently inaccurate tracking information and delayed delivery. Without timely and accurate delivery information and a reasonable delivery window, I was literally trapped in my house for 3 entire days waiting on the UPS driver. I couldn't even have the package rerouted and held at a service center without paying an additional fee because the service tier was so low. The shipping experience was so genuinely awful and stressful that I would hesitate using Diamondere again even though the actual product was excellent.

Everything was great except that the images you see of the ring stone colors are computer generated and the ring I created vs what I received were different. The stones were not as vibrant/colorful as pictured. Even to the point I thought about altering/returning it. Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful ring, but just not what I was hoping for it to be.

People love to tell my wife how unique and beautiful her new rings are. I agree one of a kind

Great product and great service

Huge selection of styles, great customer service, fast shipping. The ring is stunning and the stones are absolutely jaw dropping. A literal light show when illuminated, especially outdoors in natural sunlight. The quality is top notch and well crafted.

The Diamondere employee that helped me did a great job responding to numerous emails and questions I had. I never had to wait a prolonged period of time to get a reply. I was shown different stones upon request and I appreciated that so I could pick out the perfect gem and color for my ring.

I stumbled upon Diamondere last year and took me along time to finally narrow down through their vast offerings to find that one ring that called out to me. This was my first purchase and definitely will not be the last. I would recommend this company and the "Cullen" ring I purchased to everyone, you won't be disappointed.
