After my initial purchase was lost their customer service contacted me to provide a replacement and refunded my purchase amount for the inconvenience. They do have great customer service!

I placed an order yesterday and realized when I checked out it didn’t ask me for the recipients name and address. I sent an email to them and they quickly got it changed on the order. Now I wait to hear from the recipient 😈😆.

My delivery kept getting returned. Thanks postal system. Company went beyond and above to help me get it sent out. We tried one more time to the business (because hello funny someone gets this at work) to just sending to her home. They handled all the background work so easy transition. Have used them before for laughs and with their stellar customer service will totally use them again!

Terrible communication & never got a dime back! I paid for 2-3 day shipping, the product arrived almost 3 weeks later and I did not receive a refund or a response back as far as the shipping issue. The response that I received back was a generic "your package is on it's way," I highly doubt it was an actual person that could comprehend the issue responding back. Although the person I sent it to had a good laugh at the EXTREMELY LATE birthday gag gift, i'm really disappointed in the lack of customer service, communication and not refunding my money when I clearly stated to just forget the gift and refund me the money bc of the lack of communication issue and shipping time. Really frustrating experience

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! I placed an order for my daughter's birthday. Paid EXTRA for 2 day shipping and here it is 2 WEEKS later and she still HAS NOT received her d!cks. All the contact numbers that were given at the time of the order are " no longer in service" VERY DISAPPOINTED! I thought this would have been a great gift. Guess I was wrong... to say the least.

This is a great way to tell my upper management that I’m tired of helping new managers learn their job(been through 3 in 9 months). I had an issue with shipment as I didn’t have a piece of the address, they fixed it and resent it the next day. Quick response, and a really funny product.

My gamer wife got her gummies, crayons, and coloring books perfect but unfortunately got the bigd chocolate melted but they quickly offered replacements and offered to switch to avoid melted just in case. They were super quick with responses. Thank you. Will buy again

I ordered from here on Feb 9th, paid extra to have it in 2-4 days. A week goes by and i reached out. They said they ran out, and it would ship 2 in 2 days. Another week later they canceled my order. Wth

I forgot to include a piece of information in the shipping address s d they were able to change it after I sent an email. Easy and funny. I will be a repeat customer.

The best part of my experience was when Google pay changed the shipping address to my old home address that I sold. I contacted them by email and they corrected the shipping address to the correct person. I can't wait to see the texts about the dick gift in the mail!
