I’ve ordered gag gifts from this vendor for years. They always have some sort of promo going on and shipping is fast. Most recently my order was lost in transit. I emailed, was promptly replied to and a replacement was sent out with no issues.

I had accidently put in the wrong address, I emailed them to ask to change it, thinking oh they wouldn't do that. Got an email shortly after that and they were able to change the address!

Never received my order. They never replied to my repeated requests. They don't even supply a phone number to call. Do not buy from this company. You will be greatly disappointed !

I had an issue with shipping and they were quick to respond and resolved my issue. Great to work with. This is the best prank! We will be laughing about this for years!!!

Worst customer service. Do not order from them, they will just rip you off. Take your money and never send anything.

I have ordered a couple times and am always happy with service and the product gets a good laugh. I submitted an order and there was an error in the shipping address, I emailed them to please correct before sending and got a quick response with the correction.

Very helpful. USPS did not deliver because of a name issue, company re-shipped after changing.

I screwed up and put my address as the ship to. I emailed about it. They were able to catch my order and fix it.

I've ordered throughout the years and the recipients always got a big laugh. In the latest (January 2022) order one of the items was missing. Without hesitation DbM sent another calendar which arrived a few days later. Thank you so much for taking care of us and our silly sense of humor!

Ordered beginning of December for Christmas. Sent 2 seperate orders and neither have arrived. I've sent 6 emails and no response. I have no idea how to get in touch with this company!!!!!

They have glorious selections for starters. Their team is beyond amazing as well and extremely helpful! I already have 4 more orders planned in the next month.

I ordered a gag gift of eat sh** on December 18,2021. I didn't expect Christmas delivery but i did expect some type of email giving a expected date . Order # 363093. apparently this is the only way to get in touch with this company. I hope to get a response

I placed an order and had an issue with the shipping address. I contacted them via email and got a quick response and my issue was corrected. Top notch customer service and the products are absolutely hilarious! Great company to order from!
