Was buying a dishwasher and Denil was very helpful. He gave me a price match as I found this product cheaper somewhere else. He also collected another electrical appliance. Highly recommend DID. So easy and friendly to deal with.

Fantastic service in DID Swords. Salesman Sean is very knowledgeable knowing everything about his products and he guided us through every step to make the right choice. At the end we got a lovely Samsung 65” OLED S90 TV. After much research to find the best price we returned to Sean and were very pleased with all the service we received from Sean.

We buy all our electrical goods from DID as it has never failed in service or product. Our most recent purchase was a TV for our new media wall. Deva was our assistant and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the TV. We will be back again :)

Visited the store to check if by anychance my click and collect order was ready earlier than planned. It was not which was fine, however once Gareth noticed what the item was. Shane at DID Airside, Swords was very knowledgeable and informative regarding the product in question, a Meaco dehumidifier/air purifier.
This level of product knowledge inspires confidence and so I purchased the product.

Ordered my item late on Sunday night online. First thing Monday morning I get a mail saying it’s available for collection. Popped in and spoke to Gareth - happy smiling face to greet me. Went off to get my order and before I knew it he was back with it. Great service delivered with a smile and a great start to the week. More of that please.
