The clothing from Differio are high quality and look exactly like the pictures. I highly recommend them. The items to tend to run on the smaller side, but still overall a great experience.

Never got my package that I ordered a week ago. I never received any updates on shipping except one telling me they rescheduled the drop off but it never arrived.

Damage caused by Shipping and Packaging
Generally, I like the products I get from Differio and they tend to be higher quality, however occasionally things get messed up, mostly due to shipping. Most recently, I ordered a hat and, due to the way it was shipped, it arrived misshapen. Given the cost of the hat, I would have expected better care.
Update: To clarify, based on Differio’s response, the issue was not due to the courier mishandling, it was due to inadequate packaging - e.g. it was a brimmed (cowboy) hat with no protection or reinforcement and was packaged in the same box as shoes, without any padding or packing material. I make this clarification to ensure Differio knows it was not a courier issue.

We use third-party services for shipping such as USPS and UPS, and unfortunately, sometimes items can get damaged in transit. All of our hats are shipped using thick corrugated carton board material. Even if your hat was packaged in a box with no padding inside, this is not an excuse for the courier to deliver it damaged. For future reference, if you ever receive a damaged package, please reach out to us directly so we can file a claim and ensure the issue is resolved promptly.
