Digital Converters Reviews

Impeccable service throughout.

Fantastic. They did a great job. Great quality, good value and quick turnaround. Great to deal with too. highly recommended.

Digital converters have just improved a dvd that I had made up some years ago of old family photos, some quiet poor quality images. I had 4 extra copies made up and they're all excellent. So we can share them round between us and see them when we want to. This is the second time DC have helped out. Both times have been a very good experience. They keep you informed at all stages and their work is fast and good quality. They're very careful with packaging. Price is great too. No complaints from me at all. I'm going to sort out more old photos for DC to rescue. Thank you Digital converters, I recommend you.

We choose this company to transfer our wedding video to dvd to be able to watch again after 30years. The communication was brilliant. They let me know they had received it and when it was dispatched. The turnaround was 5 days Can’t recommend them enough 😊 thanks so much.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received! Entrusting someone with my son's precious baby videos was a big decision, but the entire process was easy, seamless, and completely stress-free from start to finish. The turnaround was incredibly quick, and the pricing was very reasonable.
I also had a few questions along the way, and Hannah and Mike were absolutely phenomenal. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help, making me feel confident that my treasured memories were in safe hands.
I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to preserve their priceless memories. Thank you for such outstanding service!

Excellent all round. Some of my VHS tapes were mouldy but the team still managed to bring the video back to life. Top job. Thanks, guys!

My partner had some old cine films from childhood days. Which she has always wanted to view. So as a birthday present I wanted to get them transferred to DVD. Being a bit sceptical about sending these treasured memories of I came across Digital Converters.
I placed an order online which was very simple and straightforward. They sent me a postal label.
They confirmed receipt of the films and said they could process them within 48 hours. And they were true to their word. They kept me updated with the process.
Sure enough 4 days later I received my disc and cine film back.
The disc brought back memories for her and thoroughly made her birthday- so thank you Digital Converters.
Definitely be using you again.

Absolute brilliant company.brought my old recordings to life. very satisfied would highly recommend

Excellent service - good communication - totally recommend.

Like other customers I can’t praise Digital Converters enough. The ordering process was straight forward and didn’t hurry you even when I left the site for half an hour to check on dates of my VHS tapes of 30+ years. They acknowledged receipt of my parcel, told me they were working on them and of a couple that were in poor condition. Finally they told me they had posted them back and all within a week. My grown up children were so delighted to see and hear their father and aunties who have all passed away. Best money I have ever spent.

The service this company provide is excellent from the easy & free post both ways didn't have to write anything just a QR code scan at the post office or it can be collected from your home .
The sound has been cleaned up from the old tape that was not easy to hear transferred to a disc & stick now the sound is 10 times better & can hear every word . We are very pleased & the overall price was very low most definitely a real bargain worth every penny to hear my nan again is a great moment . The time was also quick & I was kept updated .
FANTASTIC ALL ROUND SERVICE .Highly recommend
Thankyou from Steven

A fantastic service. I was very impressed by their communication, keeping my apprised of the work going on.

The product was fantastic, I couldn't ask for more.

Used this company on recommendation. Was a bit worried as I had to send off 12 vhs cassettes that contained my children early childhood and also mine. What a fantastic company, professional, friendly and kept in touch always to let me know they’d received them and when they were in their way. It’s wonderful to now look back at years gone by on my tv!! Highly recommended. If you have any old cassettes laying about just get them done. The only sad thing is that you look back and see how the world has changed with screens!!

Just want to say a big thank you to all the team at Digital Converters for giving me back some precious memories, I am so happy with the job you've done,it was speedy and I was kept informed with progress, I really didn't have much idea what was on the camcorder tapes Id found and had no way of playing them. So it was wonderful to see and hear loved ones who are no longer with us again and to revisit precious times when our grown up sons were little boys🙏xx

Fantastic service and Fantastic product.
My order was completed within a day and they constantly kept me updated on its progress.

I could not have asked for better, I am so grateful and would strongly reccomend this company to anyone.

I am 79 and not at all tech savvy. My order was a little complicated, in that I only had a few feet of VHS tape that was loose and not in a cassette. I called Digital Convertors to see if they could help. Of course they could! A very helpful member of their team talked me through it, I sent it in and four working days later I have a very precious memory on DVD and stick.
An unbelievably swift and efficient service and the cost? Very, very reasonable.
I cannot recommend these folk too highly!!!

Absolutely thrilled with Digital Converters service on all levels. Excellent communication, and exceptionally quick return service I would highly recommend them.

Digital Converters has such good reviews on its website that the sceptic in me thought maybe they were too good to be true. But the 36 camcorder tapes we have dating from the 1990s and early 2000s were slowly deteriorating and needed digitising or they would soon be gone forever. So I crossed my fingers and sent them off.

Given what we received back, I can now say that those reviews are entirely justified. In no sense are they an exaggeration. The service really is first class, the quality of the digital files really is amazing, and the cost really is great value for money. And I really would recommend them without hesitation.

After all, you can’t put a price on memories.

Excellent service and very pleased with the results, in particular our wedding video from the 80’s. Kept in touch via email every step of the process. Would certainly recommend their services.

I recently found three ancient reels of super 8 film at the back of the wardrobe. I had no idea what was on them. I packaged them and sent them to Digital Converters to be digitalised. I am so happy with the results. Old films of my teenage years with my mates in the boy scouts in the 70s brought back to life. I've shared these films with my old friends and everyone is really pleased to see them. The process and instructions were very simple and it took around a week. Excellent service and great value for money. Thanks!
