I ordered a pair of Sony Headphones for £277.99 and the ordering process was fine, delivery was reasonably fast, and the product was fine. However, unbeknownst to me, my wife had bought the same headphones as a surprise so I tried to cancel them immediately.

Initially, I was told it was too late to cancel them from being sent, despite sending a request shortly after ordering them, however, I accepted this and waited for them to be delivered to then return them.

Having read their Ts &Cs and their return policy it states you have 30 days to cancel the order, which I then acted upon, only for them to then ask for photos to prove they were ok, they then offered me a £10 voucher if I would agree to keep them and then when U said no, I received an email with a section of the Governments website stating that in the UK, orders made online have up to 14 days to cancel, despite their own Ts & Cs and Returns Policy on their website stating 30 days which surely takes legal precedent. An utter disgrace!!! GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!!!!

Easy and simple

Quick delivery and cheap price for a genuine samsung product. Instructions in English and Chinese, so not an issue to set up and use. I have bought a watch and buds and would buy again if the price is right.

I ordered an ipad 9th Gen 10.2" 256G which was about £200 less than anywhere else. It arrived on time (14 days so in the 10-14 day delivery window and in perfect condition. Had a USA plug type Apple charger but UK BS1362 adapter was in the package so all worked out fine.

ordered one phone but I get wrong item

I ordered one phone, they send me a resofted Chinese item, after few days it's stopped working.I report the situation, and I want to sent back the faulty phone, they don't give me a return address. Finally I send the phone back but until today they don't find my parcel. Waste money.

To all that read this. I have applied to court at a cost of £35 to claim back the cost of faulty goods they refuse to refund. They how have a CCJ I also actioned due to not yet refunding. Please do not let them get away with taking good peoples money for c**p goods. Claim your money back !!!!

Ordered an IPad pro 12.9 inch with 256 GB. Order arrived by DPD, I checked the S/N and it was a genuine product, never activated( so basically it was new)
Box was sealed and it had Walmart stickers on it, so product was from USA 🇺🇸. I got a UK adapter in the bag, so overall very happy with my purchase
About 14 days delivery time, but about £500 less is price, so would definitely recommend
