products were good, website misleading
products were good, but failure to indicate either on website or in voicemail auto reply the business holiday closure dates misled me into placing an order for "next working day delivery" that was not fulfilled. Once the office did open again the customer service response was good and arranged prompt delivery.

Did exactly what was stated on the website. My recommendation for improvement this year would be to change the answering message over the Christmas period informing customers of the duration of the holiday break, as I tried ringing several times without success.
