Exemplary service
After the air blower pump in our sewage unit burnt out, our service company told us that it would take at least 2 weeks to get a replacement and possibly up to a month. I found Direct Drainage on the internet and noted that they had the exact model in stock. My subsequent telephone call to them was answered by a very knowledgeable lady who confirmed they had the correct replacement at a price some £60 cheaper than I was quoted by my service company. Shipment quoted was 24 hours and it duly arrived the next day, very well packaged. I fitted it myself and all is now well. Excellent service.

Hi James, sorry you felt it appropriate to leave a 2 star review in our performance. We are available to answer any queries you may have by phone and email. This was dispatched following your order in working hours on 2nd August as you purchased at 9.13pm the previous evening. Your DPD tracking number should have automatically been sent to the number on your order. I can see that this is on track to be delivered next working day, which is today between 14:23 - 15:23 with no delays.
Excellent all-round Service
Very helpful staff advised me which model had replaced my old Grunfos pump. Delivery was very quick and at a reasonable cost. I was kept informed throughout of the status of my order and when I could expect it to be delivered.
The cost of the pump from Direct Drainage was the cheapest I found.

Keeping the Koi happy
I needed a new air pump for my temporary koi pool following the failure of my pump.
Cost and more importantly delivery was critical.
Cost was very competitive and delivered within 36hrs

I had to chase delivery after four days…
I had to chase delivery after four days to find it was waiting to be collected by Royal Mail. I have cancelled the order and ordered overnight with Binders. This is very unusual as we have always had really good service.

Hi Douglas, thanks for your feedback, we have looked into this and found the problem was on our end with royal mail. Your order was in stock and ready to go but failed to be collected by Royal Mail. This has now been resolved so any orders going forward which are in stock should leave us the same day if ordered before 4pm. For better tracking info we suggest sticking to DPD Next Working Day Delivery. We hope you can give us a better review on your next order :)
