Direct Heating Installations Ltd installed a new boiler for us, including a new thermostat, flush of the system and bringing the pipework up to current building regulations. They were quick and helpful when providing a quote and answered all of our questions. On the day, they turned up on time and started work immediately and worked hard all day. The installers were polite, friendly and explained what they were doing. Everything was left neat and tidy and they checked I was happy before leaving. I appreciated the follow up call to check we were happy. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

Direct Heating Installations have done a great job for us. They recommended and then installed a new Worcester boiler and connected our gas supply to a new meter.

The specification was cLear and comprehensive and the cost reasonable. The installation engineer, Jake, arrived punctually and set to work immediately. He was polite and efficient, explained things clearly and worked hard. He completed the job within the promised timescale and cleared up the work site.

From the initial quote to the installation, we could not fault Direct Installations, their attention to detail was exceptional. There was a small issue with the boiler and they ensured that this was resolved by Worcester Bosch without delay.

A long time since the cental heating installation but we wanted to give the system a fair old run before commenting. After giving us a good price quote, Direct Heating installed the system quickly and efficiently leaving no mess. Not having had central heating before, it took time to fully appreciate how to fine tune the settings but Direct Heating have always been there to answer any queries we came up with. Since installation, our heating bills have been quite a bit lower, even though we previously only used a gasfire. We wish we'd gone to Direct Heating years ago..

The team at Direct Heating are fantastic providing a truly great service at a competitive cost. I liaised with Rachel and Matt several times over whether or not to have a new boiler installed. They were very patient and courteous walking me through the possibilities and giving me advice. I then went and checked things out independently for myself and came to the view that they had already given me the best advice. The installation was booked in, the team turned up bang on time and the installation was faultless. Everything is working great thanks to them. I will just go back to them every time for any heating and boiler issues and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was trying to get ready to go away for the weekend when our boiler decided to pack in (boyfriend away as well can you imagine?). One fraught phone call to Matt, however, and we're now the owners of a brand spanking new Worcester Bosch model. Ryan also worked his absolute socks off on install day as the boiler is in an awkward position but this didn't faze him one bit. Matt’s and his employees fitted a new boiler for me. From my first interaction through to completion of the job, Matt was very professional and reliable, keeping to his word with regards to timings and responding promptly to emails. During the installation I was consulted re: positioning of new boiler. The team cleaned up after themselves which I was not expecting! I am very happy with the service that I have received and would not hesitate to recommend Matt and his team.

Worst nightmare as a homeowner is no heating or hot water. I tried Direct Heating for the first time and have to say the service was excellent. I called late on in the day and they came for a visit within a couple of hours. Identified the problem, provided a price and amazingly arrived the following morning at 8am. By 10am we had heating and hot water! The engineers was very friendly and professional.
I have used other companies in the past, no one has ever delivered service like this!
