I have been advertising my caravan on the Direct Holiday Homes site for about 15 years (2277)! I get most of my bookings through this site along with return visitors. It’s helped me keep track of bookings and availability too. It’s been growing and developing new things to help owners each year and I look forward to the messages and updates of what’s new! Thank you to a fabulous team!

No a criticism against Direct Holiday Homes but more the owner of 7292 on Weymouth Bay. The photos are of the home when it was new. It is now at least 10 years + old. Very dated inside. Smelly. Very dark inside.The decked area overgrown. The owner did admit the photos were old last year. But still haven’t updated them. We paid a lot of money for an awful holiday. But I see he’s fully booked. Good luck to them!

I’ve slowly dropped all other advertising forums over the years simply because they have got complicated or I wasn’t receiving much interest. Direct Holiday Homes on the other hand is the complete opposite and have always had wonderful guests who now book year after year. To be honest I would be lost without DHH, it’s so easy to use and Bev has always been very kind and helpful if needed.

What a fantastic set up this business is. Nothing is too much trouble. This was our first time using an public site to advertise our holiday home. Bev made the whole process so straightforward and talked me through everything. It is very simple to keep our page up to date in a few simple clicks

We have advertised with Direct Holiday Homes for many years, we find the site easy to navigate for both owners and guests. They are very helpful and listen to feedback. We will continue to advertise here as it is also fantastic value for money.

We are very pleased with the number of enquiries we have received since we started advertising our caravan on Direct Holiday homes website in January.
Many of these have resulted in firm bookings for our caravan. Unfortunately we've not been able to accommodate the required dates for some enquiries.
As a holiday home owner I find it very easy to navigate the website and make any amendments to our page.
The service provided by the team is excellent and great value for money.

I've used a caravan ref 9583 primrose valley, van was disgusting, old mucky, contacted owner for refund was ignored, owner bev uncharged of direct Holidays sire also useless not done anything reported to action Fraud trading standards too, don't use this site

Not sure if they do any advertising of their platform? We have had absolutely no enquiries and no bookings. Paid £79 and wondering what for. Had no business generated from it. Our van prices are cheap, so it is not us pricing ourself out of the market.

Excellent value for money, in a world where costs are rising every year...they don't seem to be rising with Direct Holidays, great company to advertise with, great behind the scenes support.

One year on..After our first season of using Direct Holiday Homes I have to say the website exceeded our expectations of giving us bookings. We are delighted to have rented out Perran Sands caravan every week from March 25 to November 25. The team are extremely helpful and very deserving of a 5 star review! We brought our caravan at the end of 2024 and decided to try to rent it out when we wasn’t using it,thought we would give direct holiday homes a try hoping we get a few bookings,it was pretty straightforward to do the advert as they do a lot of the work,we are amazed at how many bookings we got,we have recommended direct holiday homes to a lot of people and will continue to do so,we will certainly be using them again in 2026

We have used this website to advertise our caravan on Weymouth Bay for the last 3 years.
The site is very easy to use and very reasonably priced compared to others.
Any problems, the owners, particularly Bev sort them out really quickly.
We got lots of bookings

We hired a Caravan on Golden Palm Resort Accommodation was a lovely 3 bed. Very clean and modern. Rosie the owner upgraded us to Caravan 13363 has it had opening double doors onto the decking ideal for our dog.
Everything we needed was provided and the weather for end of September was great.
Rosie keeps in communication every step of the way when booking and we could contact her if we came across any problems like gas running out which was sorted within minutes.
We Highly recommend Rosie`s caravans for a great stay.

We only use one holiday home rental website, and it's DirectHolidayHomes. Great website, and they provide an excellent, professional, and friendly service.

I used Direct Holiday Homes about 15 years ago, when i had my caravan on the Isle of Wight, their advertising portal was fantastic... I had so many bookings. The customer services from Bev was pronto. Sadly I had to sell due to personal circumstances.

I have recently purchased another caravan with surrounding sea views and I was already bubbling with excitement cause I knew i was going to use Direct Holiday Homes ,I had total peace of mind, and confident of the services i would be getting. Thanks Bev and Georgina... already got an enquiry. 😀

I have used Direct Holiday Homes for many years.

They are unlike most other Companies in that you are treated like a person and not a number. They will go the extra mile to help you.

They have retained that special quality, sadly lacking in other Companies which may have expanded but have lost this most valuable attribute in the
process.

Direct Holiday Homes allow caravan owners to post misleading adverts on their site. I spent over £700 on a holiday due to an advertised caravan in Cornwall and when I got there, the caravan was not fully as it was listed: the 'spectacular views' didn't match the view from the caravan, uPVC window frames had been taped around to seal them, and there was a large gap to the outside at the top of the main door into the caravan.
More than happy to submit photos to back this up.

When I contacted Direct Holiday Homes about the misleading advert, their response was that they are just an advertising forum, i.e. it wasn't their responsibility.
