Had my order delivered on Easter Saturday, was not due until the Tuesday so full marks to DH and DPD, very slight problem with the order and phoned Sam after a very busy period and answered straight away. sorted the item for me and had conformation its on its way, Thanks to Marcus, Sam and especially Molly who sorted my bespoke order and prompt delivery. Not sure about the negative reviews but mine was Positive all the way and would deal again and urge you if you are unsure to order with confidence!

The hoses are rubbish!
I bought two hoses from Direct Hoses for a Nilfisk pressure washer. The first was a rubber one which was so heavy and stiff it was unusable. Are many emails and an expensive P&P I was able to return it and buy the blue "Flexi wash" hose.
It isn't. It's no flexible and never goes straight when you want to use it. It springs back into a coil and is a nightmare trying to work round a car. It's like trying to drag a toddler having a tantrum round a supermarket!
I've seen two videos on YouTube which suggest the hose is super flexible, but that wasn't the case for me. Even in the summer the hose is a total pain to use.
It only lasted two years before the hose split and is no in the bin.
I've gone back to the original Nilfisk hose, which is at least 10 years old and works better.

I’ve recently purchased a custom spec hose from Direct Hoses.
The staff (Sam and Marcus) have been brilliant throughout the process, from the initial email enquiry, through to the ease of payment, product assembly, dispatch and delivery.
The item arrived within 3 days of being confirmed that it was assembled and ready to ship.
I find no fault with the service received from Direct Hoses whatsoever.

Not what it used to be....
I've bought a few of their anti tangle, "high quality" high pressure hose kits with stubby guns over the years. The 1st set out lasted the pressure washer, 2 ish years of trusty use and no faults. However the replacement machine required a new hose and gun and the new hose was leaking at the gun attachment after just 3 months. 3 emails later no resolution so I bought from ebay o rings to fix the problem for myself. Shame but worth noting guys. You pays your money and take your chance. Customer service and experience/care is king.

Recently purchased a power washer for DH and required a link hose to my reel which is a third party product. After exchanging emails, photos and a couple of conversations (yes they even pick up the phone!), and link hose was manufactured specifically to fit and delivered very quickly by FedEx. Although the Nilfisk lance replacement hose did not fit my jet washer - the customer service from Directhoses has been excellent. Strange that so many people expect everything mass-manufactured to be perfect first time - every time. A faulty hose is not the fault of Dirtecthoses but the manufacturing process. Anyway, they have looked after me superbly and I cannot fault them.

I have got a k 4 Karcher jet wash the hose they supplied was rubbish I have emailed karcher there design team any way let’s get to the good from the time I ordered it no problems at all it arrived i fitted and I have done the same job half the time no tangles good pipe fittings well made no leaks I could not praise this company enough they deserve 100 stars thanks direct hoses

Cannot praise this company enough. Ordered a trigger gun as the cheap one I bought elsewhere broke. I needed an adapter to convert it to a titan jet wash fitment and they were so helpful and sent it out straight away. Again I first bought a cheap one off eBay which broke. Twice. These guys sorted me out a great quality one and it arrived the next day. Honestly can’t thank this company and team enough for the help and efficiency. Thank you! Great quality products too.

Recently purchased a stubby gun and a foam lance from them.
Order placed Saturday evening, received Tuesday morning (!!!)
My Karcher HD 4/8 doesn't have the quick lock like the K series have so this is a huge improvement for me.
Quality seems to be good, easy to use, so well worth the price.
Hope I can get plenty of use out of them.
I only regret one thing: not buying them sooner.

Email company about stubby gun for my ryobi pressure washer, they asked me to send photos of it did that. Then they emailed me back to send another photo of the lance, did that.Then they send me another email asking what size thread it was on the lance, when they get this they would tell me what stubby gun I would need.Now 3 weeks on still waiting. I have emailed them 6 times about what stubby gun I will need .NO REPLY it's a joke.

Purchased a 10 mtr rubber hose and gun set in 2023. Only used once every 4 weeks as average for 12 months and the joint burst a few days after its 12 months warranty.
Chap said he’d repair if i sent in at my cost.
He sent it back and I’ve come to use it again and the hose has now burst.
Ive sent message but no reply .
Disappointed this product didn’t last and now has another burst.

Bought a 20m hose for a Kartcher, used the hose 5 or 6 times, lasted 16months before it burst. very disappointed for what it cost. contacted Directhoses, waited days for a reply. They did offer to fix it FOC with a joiner if I popped it around (from a few hundred miles away). Postage costs prohibited me from doing this. I asked advice about getting it fixed locally to me, but no reply. not sure I want to pay for repair anyhow, obviously a substandard product , would probably just burst again somewhere else.

All-in-all bad experience, waste of money, bad product, bad customer service. Would advise spending your money elsewhere.

Needed a new hose for a Nilfisk E140 pressure washer, the original one supplied was horrible, very stiff and unflexible. The team at Directhoses were very helpful in sorting out the correct replacement and quickly despatched it. It fitted perfectly and has totally transformed my pressure washer, the hose is a delight to use and the 15mtr length fits the reel easily and it reels up in seconds, no kinking or snagging with the Flexiwash hose.

It can be easy to be influenced by past reviews and having ordered the wrong hose I was concerned it might be tricky to sort out. How wrong I was. Mark and the team at Direct Hoses resolved the problem simply, quickly and without fuss. Good e mail and telephone communication. Thanks guys & gals!

Be careful when dealing with this company. If something goes wrong, they will ignore you! Many people have reported that the FlexiHose bursts after just a few uses. Even though it should be covered under warranty by law, they won’t do anything about it.

Have owned an Husqvarna power washer for 3 years, whilst the washer is brilliant the 8 mtr lead is so stiff it is almost unusable in cooler weather. Tried to source a more flexible replacement to no avail until I came across Direct Hoses(not hoses direct who I wrongly thought the company was) Not only did they have a 10mtr flexible hose to suit my washer but shipped it within 2 days !!!! what service.

Bought ‘upgraded ‘ 10m hose with short trigger gun. After just 12 months and 15 uses max the hose ruptured making it unserviceable. Hosedirect have failed to respond to my emails.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS, I bought a grey 7 jet wash with all the accessories just over a year , spent over £500 , Used it to wash my car and bike at home , very light use and stored inside, Jet wash is broken and Direct hoses will not help in any way , they do not answer the phone ,I have tried to call every day for for over a month and do not answer emails . Avoid at all cost .
