Suranne was extremely helpful but also very knowledgeable. Her opinion was welcomed regarding some of the frames I tried on, but she left the final decision to me. I didn't feel under any pressure it was all very relaxed.
I would definitely recommend Direct Specs as their prices are very competitive.

I have just ordered my first pair of varifocal glasses from Direct Specs.
The lady was very helpful and took time to help me choose the right pair & explained about the different types of varifocal lenses & anti glare coatings.
I have used Direct Specs for many years now and will continue to do so.
There is always a good choice of frames & the service is always excellent. Service with a smile.

Very helpful staff and delighted with service received by Sarann at Wolverhampton branch today when I visited for advice regarding repair for long distance glasses. She went above and beyond to repair my glasses whilst I wait for a replacement to be ordered.

Brilliant place I have had glasses from here several times and the selection and prices compared to other high street opticians are extremely competitive. My most recent experience was to go in for a repair on my glasses. The lady working there Sarhan repaired my glasses, didn't charge me for the repair (most places would have) and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommended.

I have had 2 pairs of varifocals and 1 pair of sunglasses, messed up on all 3,rather pay the extra from the opticians, won’t be going back.I thought someone was supposed to be getting in touch,but obviously not.

Ordered a set of glasses for my wife who has dementia and she broke hers. Easy to order but seemed to take a while for delivery, contacted them and the fault lay with the post office said he'd tried to deliver but no one was in, wrong he didn't try to deliver, he left no card making it awkward to get them re-delivered, not Direct specs fault, they helped and were so nice I'm ordering a pair for myself. The glasses first class.
