Do not order from this company. They advertise as Discount Contacts but answer the phone differently and you have to ask is this Discount Contacts? They do not list their address anywhere on the website. When you ask for the address one minute it is GA then OH. I ordered contacts on 3/16/26 and still have no order update on 4/3/26 other then they are checking with the lab. The call center is in the Philippines and they can only email the lab. This has happened twice now with this company where your order gets held up in RX verification when you prescription is there.

I ordered and paid for contacts, and used their online renewal service. After I'd already received the new prescription, I continued to receive emails I was running out of time to finish my exam! Meanwhile, my order status remained unchanged. I used their contact form twice to inquire and never heard anything back. Even canceling my order was annoying - it gives you a list of radio buttons and requires you to select one, but none of them say "I'm canceling because I've had a terrible experience with your awful company."

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Worst service ever, a complete nightmare! Took my money and still no product. Transferred my call 5 times, no supervisor and had the nerve to offer a discount on the next order! Like I would really order again. What a joke. Reported them to my bank for FRAUD!

Discount Contacts Doesn't Train their Reps
I placed an order with Discount Contacts on January 23, 2026, paid by cc plus expedited shipping to receive in 2-4 days. Today is January 29, 2026 and I have not received my contacts. I called Discount Contacts and spoke to a customer service agent. While he was quite pleasant, I could barely understand him. He told me my order had been held up because they needed to verify my prescription. NO - my prescription is on file. He said he would put it through today expedited with no shipping charges. Really? I'd already paid for the charges with my cc so I want a credit to my cc in the amount of $12.99. He said I should receive an email immediately after our call verifying such. So far, no email. This very same scenario happened to me with my last order. I have learned my lesson. Their customer agents are NOT trained in any aspect of customer service or how to place an order correctly. They are cheaper than most places to order contacts from, but don't. Once I get my lenses I will NEVER order from this inept company again.

Garbage company
Garbage company. I ended up at DiscountContacts.com because they apparently acquired AC Lens, which is what I had used for years. Whatever, I have no loyalty, just looking for the best price. I logged in and they had all my info from the merger. Great. I placed an order and it showed that my prescription was validated and on file so nothing more needed on my end. After a couple of weeks I still hadn't seen my contacts so I logged in and it showed my order as "processing" with no update. I called their 800 number and a very unhelpful man told me that I needed to provide my prescription. I explained that the site showed that my prescription was on file and verified, but he claimed that was false. As if I was seeing things. I hung up on him and he cancelled my order. I tried again just to verify that I wasn't imagining things. Sure enough, right on the site it says "You're in the fast lane! We have your verified prescription on file so you're good to go." I sent a request to their customer service to confirm, but they didn't reply. I cancelled the order and will go somewhere else.
Horrible
Horrible, waiting for weeks with no progress. Every time I call, they cancel my order and re-order it. It continuously make no progress, the online reps said random stuff every time "glitch", "invalid prescription", "needs manual verification".

How can I get either my contacts or my money back they have cancelled and reordered over 6 x and lost my order with another so called sister company “Americas best” all the reps say is I understand how you feel and that they apologize this has been going on since September 2025 the order kept pausing and then I get a cancelled order and reordered and promise that it’s fixed hours waiting on the phone. How can I get my money back or my contacts? Is this a scam company stealing our money? Why won’t they help us or send out contacts we paid for? Or give our money back? How can I get someone to help me get what I paid for ?
No Follow Up after Placing Order
I submitted my order with a copy of my active prescription 4 weeks ago. Apparently my prescription was denied, even though I sent a copy of my current prescription from my doctor portal. I did not receive any follow up emails, and now, a month later, when I called in, I was told my prescription was expired--even though the pdf clearly shows it is not. What I'm most upset about is that there is zero communication with customers on the status of our orders. I have deleted the app, and will never order from this farce of a supplier again--and will tell all friends and family to avoid ordering from here.

Do not order your contacts here, when the company was AC lens I never had a problem it’s been 4 weeks and my order has still not been processed after the incorrect order was placed twice by their representatives none of them know what they doing it’s always the run around and excuses as to why the orders aren’t being shipped. This company has gone to complete shit I will NEVER purchase anything with them again. Unbelievable

Worst than 1 star. I was on the phone for 1 hour with my first customer care person all for him cancelled my order and repurchase not once but twice. They did not call my eye doctor because if they did they would have gotten the right prescription. And then when I called it was supposed to be expedited.. 4 days later I’m in the same position of them holding my order due to again a prescription error. The worst service I ever had with a company.

3 weeks, no lenses
After three weeks of waiting for my contact lenses to arrive, and after multiple phone calls, still no contact lenses. Each representative said that they could fix the problem, but no one never did. I wrote a complaint to the company, but I received no reply.
