Ordered a carbon fibre spoiler for my VW, arrived very well packaged but had a few bumps and bubbles on the outside which I wasn't happy with, contacted them with the images and problem, they explained it had got heat damaged during transit, they sorted out the replacement instantly and I received the return label from them, received the new perfect spoiler before I had chance to package and return faulty one, great customer service and amazing quality products, placed more orders with them without problem, highly recommended to friends and family.

Got a sunstrip from here and the quality is mental. Can tell it’s not cheap rubbish vinyl completely. Doesn’t scratch when I use my wipers and the white DIVERSION writing finished it off nicely to set the front end of my car nicely. Would definitely recommend getting one

I genuinely have no idea how this company is still in business.

I ordered a wing for a Audi TT in January 2021 and it turned up 3 and a half months later. Now I am a reasonable guy and am willing to buy into the excuses that a lot of people/companies are using at the moment about COVID slowing delivery times, however any sort of correspondence would of been appreciated to keep me in the loop.
The only emails I have ever received have been in reply to 2/3 in a row of my emails.

Long story short, when the wing did eventually arrive the quality was awful, it had overspray all over it marks all up the side and the uprights came as two lefts not a left and a right. Even with this issue if the wing had the correct parts it would never of fit. I’m not sure wether they had sent out the wrong wing or wether the fitment was just that bad.

After all that I felt enough is enough and decided that a refund was the best option. I contacted them about the refund and amazingly they were very quick with the response and very helpful, at least that’s what I thought. I sent the item back and waited the correct amount of time for the refund to be processed a time that I was told by them would be 6-12 working days(even though originally they told me 6 days) the 12 days has been and gone, they are now actively ignoring me and it looks like I’m going to have to go down the legal route and take them to small claims court.

I feel the reviews on here cannot be genuine as everyone I have spoken to personally after putting the order in has only told me about horror stories about this company so how they have 90% 5 star reviews only seems to make me think that most of these reviews are bought or fake.

Steering wheel came exactly as designed and was great quality!

It did take longer than expected to arrive but, due to Covid delaying a lot of shipments, it was stated in the item description time frames my vary.

I was able to do the full swap, at home, with a simple Halfords tool set and soldering iron. I would not recommend this to people who are just starting to do car modifications, with no background in mechanical/electrical maintenance but, it is definitely not a difficult job to undertake.

When swapping the multifunction buttons from the factory wheel to the new one, the trim was a lot easier to remove on the new wheel which made things a little easier. The only thing I would query is there are no instructions that come with the steering wheel and only information given is on the product listing on the website. Luckily, the Diversion team were on hand to help with the wiring up, informing me the +ve and -ve wires need to go to the multifunction loom on the airbag. From that I was able to work out -ve goes to the brown wire, normally ground as the Diversions team advised, and +ve goes to the white wire next to the ground (hope this helps anyone doing it themselves).

Once fitted to the car, I was struggling to get it to turn on. It would only come on when the battery was disconnected then reconnected and would not come on during the normal ignition start up. After messing around with the selection buttons, and later on a message from the Diversions team, you can turn it on manually by pressing both buttons at the same time, then can change it to an automatic start up in the steering wheels menu.

It is an amazing product and really finishes that racey feel off on the Golf R. The only reason I have given the product 4 stars instead of 5 is I think that there could be some instructions with the wheel. The functions are listed on the website but sometimes it is easier either having a physical copy with you on the job, or at least a PDF downloadable document you can choose to print out or have on your phone. Again, a simple diagram as well of where the wires go and how to start it up the first time would be a great help. There is a little panic moment when modifying your factory car wiring and it doesnt work as you expect it to. The job overall took roughly 5 hours however, suspect this could be shortened if I wasnt going back and forth from the car, checking where the live was and checking my soldering incase I had made a mistake and that being the reason the display was not working.

The bad points are minor things that shouldn't take away from an awesome product

Ordered the carbon fibre mirror caps for my Mk7.5 GTI- they fit perfectly and look great. I had read about people having issues with the clips on other brands. I had no issues whatsoever with the ones from Diversion- I had both replaced in five minutes.

Top notch service, highly recommend!!!
