cercavo delle scarpe e solo da loro le ho trovate, il personale online molto gentile subito rispondono e cercano di accontentare tutti. per i miei prossimi acquisti sceglierò sicuramente dicincenzo boutique grazie.

Gentilissimi e molto disponibili per qualsiasi chiarimento sui prodotti in vendita. Difficile trovare oggi dei siti affidabili che consegnano la merce effettivamente ordinata e in tempi brevi. I prodotti sono anche imballati con estrema cura. Tutto perfetto. Lo consiglierò ad altri sicuramente.

Ordine effettuato e pagato con consegna entro “due giorni”
Dopo due giorni dal tracking fornito, il pacco era ancora fermo e quindi ho chiesto info in merito, dove mi hanno risposto che è stato ritirato e quindi ho provato a sentire direttamente il corriere riferendomi che non avevano preso nulla.
Dopodiché comunicandolo a diVincenzo boutique, dopo diverse ore mi hanno risposto dicendomi che il pacco non era disponibile fisicamente…
Una gestione per conto mio pessima dove si sono fregati da soli, ovviamente ho voluto il rimborso completo

I purchased a pair of women’s shoes, however I inadvertently ordered a size 12, instead a size 9 because their website goes
from women’s shoes, directly to a men’s drop-down size conversion chart. Then it took them 4 days to issue me a return authorization because of the many e-mails back and forth, asking me about things I’d already explained in prior e-mails. This made it an hassle to adhere to their 2 week return window as I was going on vacation. It almost seemed like they were being obtuse on purpose. A real rigmarole. They asked me if I wanted to exchange after I’d already placed a new order for the correct size, even though their website says they don’t do exchanges. Not at all straightforward. It cost me $85.18 total shipping, for the shoes that were 3 sizes too big, and another $30 for the correct size. Thumbs down.

As a result of my purchase with the boutique, when I inquired about removing VAT, they insisted that I leave it and included the 15% discount on my first purchase to 20% without clarifying or informing me that double tax would be due. I contacted them then asked them to recall the product, and they said I had to pay for the return shipping fees when on their website it stated the following.

"divincenzoboutique.com wishes to ensure complete satisfaction to their customers offering the opportunity to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items.

Returns are free for orders with a discount lower than 30%. For purchases with an higher discount, the shipping cost will be communicated at the moment of returns request and will be deducted from the refunded amount."

To avoid arguing with them, I decided to pay half the shipping fees and request the rest be refunded to my credit card. I was told that it was not possible and the refund would need to be made via bank transfer. My response was that I would not be responsible for any intermittent bank fees, and they replied that they would not be responsible for the intermediate fees. My intention is to proceed, but I am surprised to find out that intermittent fees are also being charged to my account after the money has been credited. The boutique seems dishonest, untrustworthy, and possibly fraudulent to me.

Sito consigliato. Celere nella spedizione e cura nell imballaggio.

Very good customer service. They sent me a picture of the product purchased to confirm that I was ok with the color, as the color looked slightly different in the picture shown. The package was very nicely wrapped as well

I should have known better than to order from a company I’ve never heard of. I received the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They shipped an item to me late and refused any options for an appropriate refund. I tried to intercept the shipment and no one ever replied to my multiple emails. The absolute worst people.

Avevo chiesto se fosse possible effettuare una spedizione veloce visto che il pacco era un regalo, mi hanno accontentato e l'ho ricevuto nei termini previsti.
