Badly Managed Service
I paid for a 'fully managed service' with Divorce On-Line as I felt I needed extra guidance through the process. I was unaware that the people corresponding with me are not solicitors, until I had to appear in court to explain why my ex partner had applied for the Final Order and not me. I feel strongly that my case was not managed appropriately and this was confirmed when I recieved an email on Friday afternoon, instructing me to fill out another D81 and a fact finder, after my Final Order was approved. I already had an approved Consent Order re finances, but apparently my legal experts had lost this information. In summary, use this route if you enjoy unnecessary court appearances and mind boggling stress over a weekend.

Divorce-online reasonable priced for a professional, helpul and supportive company.
Divorce-online were very reasonable priced as i had a cleanbreak and divorce for a fixed price as i wanted to protect any future assets after divorce too! I mainly had contact via email or phone with Stuart May, big thank you to him especially, He is a credit to the company, he was polite, supportive, very helpful he always but my mind at ease in a very difficult and stressful time. Questions were answered same day via email, many times within minutes of emailing so there was no chasing them. They sent you everything you need and then they would send to them to the courts for you. The company comes highly recommended. I would say 100% use them again, but i have no plans to ever re marry.

Divorce-Online removed all the stress and uncertainty from what was an emotional upheaval in my life. Stuart May provided me with responsive guidance in relation to the legal steps and helped me understand the required documentation. The online portal provided seamless interaction with the process and clearly defined how to navigate the stages which was augmented with Laura Carrs attention to detail and clarification.
