We are absolutely delighted with our splashback. We were looking to fill a large blank wall behind our sink and chose a window with a country scene to mirror the window on the other side of our kitchen. We ordered online and I immediately contacted the Customer Services team as the space we had was large with a plug socket and I wanted to check measurements. I found Craig extremely helpful and he advised us as to how to take the measurements and drew us a plan to check everything was correct.
When the splashback arrived it was extremely well packaged and it arrived within the timescale I was given.
We were having the kitchen tiled at the same time so our timer fitted the splashback. It fitted perfectly in the space and the cut out for the plug socket was spot on.
All in all a fantastic product and great customer service

Mirrored glass splashback for our induction hob in new kitchen arrived in excellent condition via ParcelForce. Prompt communication by Craig at all stages of the production process. Great care taken to ensure perfect quality of the finished product before final despatch. Competitively priced and good customer relations. Can't rate this company highly enough. I had a first class experience with this company. I had a requirement for an antique mirror upside down T shape with a cut out for a double socket. I read the instructions on the website and drew out what I needed. I emailed to the company for advice on the deductions I needed for expansion. I exchanged several emails so that I fully understood what I needed. Ordering was simple and I sent the drawing. A few weeks later it was delivered really well packaged. The splashback was 2000mm long so was concerned about it being safe in the hands of a courier. But as I said really well packaged. We are exceptionally happy with the product and it looks amazing

Great product. Initial product was damaged/ not perfect which was picked up in quality checks before the item arrived so took a little longer than expected however, arrived with the sealant and mirror in perfect condition! Would highly recommend

Well what can I say except I love, love, love my antique silver splash back for my kitchen. I had originally seen an advert and ordered the sample which came very quickly.
After that we measured, measured again and placed our order.
We realised that delivery would co-inside with our holiday, so after contacting the company they agreed to hold delivery until I return.
As I got the back and two sides, they came in separate packages. Each mirror has thick foam around the edge, bubble wrap and then strong cardboard.
We chose to have the drill holes to secure, this is personal preference but for me it feels stronger. Each screw has a mirrored cap.
I cannot express how pleased I am with the result. It is so different from tiles and will be a talking point for family and friends.
I would most definitely recommend and would not hesitate to buy again from this company

The customer relationship and help given over the phone were both very good indeed, nothing was too much for them to explain. Packing of the splash back was excellent and it was amazingly lovely in colour and put together.
We applied it to back of the cooker wall and so superbly a kaleidoscope of colour and shine glowed out, we couldn’t have ask for more.exceeded our expectations.

We undertook a kitchen refurbishment during the year and as part of this we wanted to put up something a little out of the ordinary by way of splashback. We like tiles, but not the hassle so we did some searching and came across DIY splashbacks. We thought the range was great and opted for the Ecaustic style printed tiles. I thought this was fairly priced. There was a delay, but we were kept informed due to the general material shortages caused by Covid. The splashback arrived in bomb proof packaging (so impressive) with the necessary silicone to stick it to the wall. Exactly as stated in terms of size and is the centre piece of our new kitchen above the range. Would have no hesitation in recommending.
