Great, But Shipping Lags
Fast delivery, well packaged. The mini packet of Haribo Tangfastics was a lovely unexpected touch too (very Qwertee!).
My only complaint would be the use of DHL E-Commerce for shipping which is why I dropped a star. The delivery itself was fine but there's no mobile app (at least on Android) and the tracking on their website is rather limited, albeit was delivered in the suggested timeslot if you bother to use their website. Using a more premium shipping company like DPD would've been appreciated.

DJ Decks starter set!
I don’t know the first thing about decks and my daughter wanted a starter set. I saw the starter set on D J Deals and everything that was included was very well described which put my mind at ease. I received everything that was listed and I even got a surprise packet of sweets in the box which I was delighted about (it’s the small things 🤗) my daughter was delighted at the set and has been on the decks non stop! Great service, would use again.
Great service, very knowledgeable. Only comments would be the courier company you use, like others, who have reported issues. totally not DJ Deals fault but I have had multiple issues with DPD (on separate occasions), including losing parcels, failed deliveries all pretty recently. The excuse they gave you and I about one of the parcels being a day late (should have been next day delivery), because of bad weather. It really wasn't bad weather after checking the forecast.
And no, I do not work in logistics, just some honest feedback.
