Helpful, knowledgeable and quick service
Walked into DJKIT Newbury unsure what cable I needed and walked out fully sorted in minutes. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and explained exactly what would work with my mic and interface without trying to upsell anything. Really helpful service and I’ll definitely return when I need more studio gear.

Resolved delivery
This was my first time purchasing from this company. The product was fine, but the delivery was terrible & expensive. I had to contact them because it didn't turn up within the 3 days. They said it was lost in delivery. They apologised & said we can deliver it for Wednesday, so I agreed. It eventually came Friday.
Thank you for your apology & the friendly phone call to explain. It does mean alot, as it's very rare for someone to apologise for there mistake. For that reason, I will change my star rating to 5 stars. I would highly recommend.

Product was great but the 1-3 days…
Product was great but the 1-3 days delivery turned into 7 days with no explanation.
Carry Bag with missing but this an error a supplier amd was rectified quicker than the original delivery.
