The service from this company is exceptional. I ordered a replacement pvc door panel and it was exactly as required. Saved me hundreds of pounds for this.

I needed to replace a panel in our UPVC door. I had a quote from a local company and thought it was a little high. DNK Services website was VERY user friendly and I used the "contact us" to ascertain lead times. Prompt reply. Placed my order and paid.At EVERY stage I was kept informed of delivery date and any query I had was promptly answered. Our door panel was delivered today Direct from the manufacturer. A great experience from DNK Services throughout, I have no hesitation in recommending them and giving them 5 stars.

Sent over my measurements for a new panel and recieved it within good time.

The panel was cut to the exact size and fitted beautifully.

The quality of the panel is excellent,far better than the panel I replaced

Dave was great, he fixed my window that wouldn't shut properly so that stopped a load of cold air coming in.

Then, he fixed the bifolds so that they all aligned properly and again stopped any draught coming through.

Our ground floor is now much warmer.

Dave from DNK fitted a new front door for us, we wanted a colour a bit different to the everyday colours you see and Dave was really helpful in ensuring it was the exact colour we was after. We was able to preview how it looked and any questions were answered. On the day of the fitting, Dave arrived promptly and tidied up afterwards too. With regard to D n K services, I can highly recommend them. Having shopped locally then searched online I found their web site, it is easy to manage with lots of choice and styles. I chose one to suit my 1900 built home, submitted an online order for the door panel on the 4th July, it was delivered on the 13th, it was well packed and in excellent order upon opening. I was initially emailed to confirm my measurements and then kept informed of progress and delivery. The panel was delivered approx. 10:30 am and was installed within the hour. It has improved the appearance of my door to the extent that it now looks like new along with the style which is more in keeping with the home itself. 2nd time of using DNK for made to measure replacement uPVC door panels. Latest order got damaged in transit and DNK rep, Dave Fellowes, went above and beyond to get a replacement remade and despatched, keeping me informed every step of the way, even tracking the delivery driver and updating me. Panels are great value and providing you follow the instructions (read the T&Cs) fit perfectly and look fab! Excellent service from a great company.
