DocuCopies.com Reviews

I was desperate and only had 4 days to have 60 packages of material that was 114 pages in legnth... DocuCopies met the challenge, and even with significant postage (that they did not skim off the top, I checked the rates) it was 30-40% less than other quotes, all of which would not guarantee they could meet the deadline. I am now a customer for life!

Amazing place to order from! Fast shipping and great quality!

DocuCopies is freakin amazing. We have gone to them for many years now, and they are 1) consistently high quality; 2) super prompt; 3) extremely honest: and 4) very affordable. They give new meaning to the phrase "above and beyond". On numerous occasions they've even caught our errors and contacted us saying "are you sure you want this this way?" Every time I've dealt with folks from DocuCopies, I am dealing with a real person who genuinely cares about performing a quality job. I own a small business, and I can't tell you how much easier our lives are, after having found DocuCopies.

We've been using Docucopies to print our family calendar (25 pages, 20-25 copies) every year for almost a decade, and they have produced perfect results every. single. time. Orders have always been delivered in the timeframe specified, and there has never been an issue with print quality. The web site is very easy to use, but the few times I've needed to contact customer support they've always been very friendly and knowledgeable. And their prices are always great too!

Every time I order, I feel grateful I found this company. Above and beyond service and product. Thanks, Roe, for your help when I called.

Ultra High Quality Printing
Not only do they get jobs out fast, but the high quality paper, ultra photograpic detail and resolution is simply outstanding. The quality of a printed brochure and the price in such low quantities is amazing.

Thank you for another excellent printing!!!

I've been using Docucopies for years and they never disappoint! Great job as always!!

Great product and prices... Rotten packaging = damage. I am glad to hear that Docucopies has improved the packaging. And its true, I did not lodge a complaint on every order. But on every single order (six, ten, not sure) the packaging was shoddy. That is why the review. I have no interest in making this up!

I have used docucopies for school-made calendars and yearbooks for almost 10 years. The prices and quality are unbeatable!

The joke goes "Good, quick and cheap. Pick 2." With Docucopies, you get the rarest of things; all three. Been a customer for 10 years. Lynn and the team are awesome.

Great pricing, tons of options, great service, fast shipping, Docucopies does everything right!!!

I am very pleased with the family history books that Docucopies printed and bound for me. Docucopies quality and attention to detail is exceptional. I also appreciated the friendly, quick, and detailed help and answers I received by phone about paper, photographs, covers, and files. The upload process was quick and accurate. Each step of the process was clearly communicated before, during, and after printing. The boxes of books came quickly and were well packaged. The books turned out even better than I expected and I have received many complements about them. I recommend Docucopies without reservation. This is a great printing company.

Docucopies have printed my letters and people's books that I edited for many years. They are extremely helpful when I have problems and the service is impeccable. The products I have received have all been outstanding.

Excellent printing of my Family History book. Loved the clear front page, coils and especially the back pocket page. Price was much more affordable than anyplace else I could find.

This was the best experience I’ve had with copies! I would recommend them again and again hands down. I was putting together some books for my church youth girls camp and I needed 3400 color copies done. I went to all the local big names first and had a sample printed to test quality and the colors all came out horribly. And the price for the copies were terrible, the cheapest would be $1400!! Then I decided to try a place online and I’m so glad I did!! The copies came out beautiful I couldn’t believe it. And the price was incredible, they saved me HUNDREDS of dollars! The turn around was so fast and they gave me free shipping because my order was over $120. And then they also gave me a discount because it was church related, I mean who does that anymore! They also give discounts for other groups too, they’re just incredible. I would be extremely surprised if you didn’t have the same experience! I will be referring everyone I know there for sure!

I needed to print a high-quality booklet for less than $5 per copy (my boss's instructions). I honestly didn't think it was possible until I found DocuCopies. I assumed the quality would be less than stellar because the price was so good, but I got my proof and it was amazing!! I was thrilled with the finished product, the price, and the ease of using the Web site and working with the designers. I'll definitely use DocuCopies in the future!

For the past ten years I've ordered calendars (in the form of a spiral bound booklet) from Docucopies. This is a family photo calendar, a small order of about forty copies that my mother sends out as Christmas gifts. Despite our best efforts, we always seem to be late getting the order placed, but Docucopies has always gotten the job done for us... On time, every-time! The customer service staff has been great to help - any time it is needed. They know what needs to be done and always make sure that the order is correct and our calendar is arranged properly. I know this is a small order for Docucopies, but they always make me feel like I'm the most important customer they have. Thanks Docucopies! For making this little project a success for us - every year.

quick turnaround, very good quality and easy to work with

Unbeatable! The website is clearer than that of other printers, but it still raised questions--all answered wonderfully well by the knowledgeable phone-support people, Kara among them. They spoke slowly in unaccented English. They held my hand and inspired confidence.

I was a bit twitchy about having an online outfit print in color my condo development's guide for newcomers. Would the colors be true? Would the paper be thick enough (but not too thick) to prevent colors from bleeding through to the back sides? Would text appear on the pages I had chosen? Would the cover weight and binding be suitable? DocuCopies got everything right—and at a low price.

I took a chance and typed on the back, “Printed by DocuCopies.com." They came through, and I hope they get lots and lots of business.
