One of the worst casinos out there. I recently bought package that had a $100 bonus + free casino cash for the tax I paid. I played through it and submitted a redeem request. The next day, I tried to log in to the site but my account was disabled for no reason. Also, the redemption money was not in my bank account yet. I contacted support and after 3 days they finally responded saying to re-try my redemption request and that my account was now unlocked. I tried again to redeem but the money was sent back to my account a few hours later.....

I tried yet again the next day and the same thing happened BUT this time they completely removed my profit plus the tax I paid so I was left with a loss. I was able to finally redeem what was left the next day. I asked support about this but, of course, 0 response.

So, this is how I'm responding to their silence. A terrible trust pilot review. Do not use this trash site. Find another one. There are hundreds of better sites than dogghouse. Do research and pick a good one if you're going to gamble online!

Dogghouse? Should be Doggsh*t casino...because that's all there is here. From the laggy site to the lack of providers, this is a mess all around. Couple all that with ZERO wins over several hundreds of dollars worth of deposits, and you found yourself a steaming pile! Please stay far away from this tragedy of a site! Snoop should be ashamed to be affiliated with it!

Been waiting all week on my money. This is my 3rd review. Dont add money to this app. You wont get paidnof you win more than $100

Im warning you, stay away. They have played me 3 times. First time, it took a long time to withdraw. Second time, they didnt pay me out for a win during world cup. And today, they had a deposit match. And they took away 1 cent which made it bug and wont let me use it now. Which they false advertised in order to get me to deposit and now I lose my bonus and cannot withdraw.

The card withdrawal was very fast, verification was quick and easy. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the game selection leaves something to be desired. Overall, it was a good experience.

Stay away from this place. most companies don't mind being their first of their kind for paving the way. But when it's for something completely opposite, that no other one has tried before like having two games named "Duck Hunters" right next to each other in search results. They use the same name and main character branding, but they have completely different payout terms. One version has a lower RTP percentage hidden deep inside the game's footer info menu. They use these visual tweaks to cause user confusion.I asked to speak with a Compliance Manager, but they broke their 24-hour response promise and have ignored me for over 36 hours. I am filing a complaint with the North Carolina Attorney General and disputing all charges with my banks. Avoid this app. Who in your right mind would go play a game for a lower RTP that has no benefit to them besides losing their money quicker. Nobody in their right mind would make that decision. Cashed out 52 last night. Had to switch to my iphone to complete verification because my ID was always blurry on samsung phones which was weird. Had never deposited before but was able to cash out to debit card. Money was there by the time I woke up. Maybe the people who didnt get paid did not buy enough snoop dogg CDs when they were kids. Ok I really like dogghouse, mainly because of the instant redemption to my debit card.. but what i absolutely hate is we can only redeem once every 24 hours on the dot.. like that's trash. But other than that I like this site. If they ever change the redemption rule to being more then once a day I'll give more stars...

They aren’t paying out people and are suspending accounts if you win. Customer service will purposely ignore you. I would be very careful with this app.

STAY AWAY! I just signed up, deposited 100 and won about 500. THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU YOUR WINNINGS! When you withdraw it says successful but you never end up getting the money! I am in complete disbelief right now . This is a scam!! this is ethically and morally wrong! People deposit hard earned money and this company is robbing people!!

I’d give them zero if I could. Horrific customer service. My winning wager is in limbo. My ACH is going to bounce. Zero response to dozens of emails and DMs to every associated company in addition to the app itself. I’m freaking out. You do not operate like this when handling people’s money. This is asinine.

UPDATE: I won several thousand and asked them THREE TIMES to self-exclude me as their literal own terms and conditions offer (and also that’s like…required by law lmao). ANYWAYS they failed to and I lost it all. Literally so horrific. Definitely contemplating court with this one. And they most certainly received the communications because the second I texted the CEO of the provider about the potential legal ramifications of their failure (an ex employee saw my posts and sent me his number lol), suddenly my account was disabled.

Trash customer service and infringement on several state and federal laws. My mission now is to take this company down. Which totally sucks because I love Snoop. It’s not him though. Just his name and face. He didn’t do anything. Sorry, man.

They are crooks. The casino and table games are rigged. For every $60 you play you win about $10...the sportsbook doesn't let you withdraw all your winnings even after the whole deposit is played through...there are other places to go this place cheats you.

Won a couple dollars on my account and it was lagging i logged out now i can’t log back in. i hit the reset password and im not getting the link with the code & it’s no way i can hit support… everytime i try to login its says wrong email/ password

Since the start of the World Cup or July I can’t redeem on the mobile app or on my pc and yes I’ve tried clearing my cache use a different browser etc and I’ve made 3 tickets now for this same problem never had any issues before but support seems to not give a dang either so 1 star for me it’s a good site just scummy owners

Everytime I win big I noticed they delete my debit card as a withdrawal method to keep me gambling this app has alot of issues but they pay out all your funds

Had no issues prior to this week. Everything functioning smoothly and then they would not allow me to withdrawal anything until I reached out. Then they are now settling bets incorrectly. I’ve had two bets settled incorrectly in the last three days. I’ve reached out to their customer support and have not heard back after two days. This is becoming a fraudulent business if not resolved soon.

Went 3 weeks without being able to request a redeem. Customer support is hard to get a hold of. Good place to play if you don't need to get a hold of anyone. Love the music and the game selection.

Trash payment system. I should say terrible purchase system. I've tried every card I have and I keep getting the same message "Something occurred when initiating 3ds auth."

This app so trash I won $179 and it won’t let me redeem it to my card and support service is so trash they never respond if I ever get my cash I’m done with them…😒
