Horrible experience all around
Horrible experience all around! Reserved a SUV 2 weeks ago checked on it last week called this morning at 8:30a.m to check on my 10:30am reservation and was told that the vehicle would not be there until 11:30-noon. Called at 3pm to make sure heading there that the vehicle was onsite and that's when they tell me nope not available sorry out of our control. No phone call at all. They say that the prior renter extended their rental at noon. OK at noon NO phone call to tell me! Ruined a vacation weekend. N Chelmsford MA is a absolute disaster. JAY behind the desk is a useless slug with not a dime of customer care in his bald headed body! Asked where I get my refund and was told to call the 1-800 number. Called that and got an automated since you did you did not get the vehicle you will not be charged a no show fee. I did show the vehicle did not! Horrible horrible service. Ohh and the gentleman prior to me waited an hour to get his car cleaned after his reservation time and watched him drive off in an unwashed pollen and mud covered car. Nice bandaid interior cleanup job. Never will I ever use Hertz or Dollar again. N Chelmsford MA is a horror show at best avoid at all costs.
