great service
I was given a call to say when he would arrive and came in time. H e explained the problem and arranged for the spare parts to fix the problem. he took the time to check and cleaned the mess caused by leaking water and put everything back afterwards.

Washing machine call out
The engineer was very thorough and managed to "find" the lost article in one of the water pipes from my washing machine.
He tested the machine to verify that it was working correctly afterwards.
