We bought our first home thank to Donna and she is the best!
Donna went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process providing clear communication with expert advice in every little step. She handled challenges efficiently and prioritize our best interest.
She has been support us and leasing with the solicitors which has gave us a bit of hard time.
Thank to Donna Stonelake, we are now own our first dream home.

I first contacted Donna to arrange a valuation for my mother in laws home in Cwmbran and I could tell straight away that her main focus was providing excellent service and support. Donna went completely over and above our expectations and made the process from start to finish a lot less stressful. Donna kept in contact with us throughout the sale and there was never a time where I couldn’t reach her (Even after 6pm or on a Sunday!)

I would recommend Donna to anyone looking to buy or sell a property – You will not be disappointed.

Donna has been absolutely fantastic. My elderly mother was moving (100 miles) to be nearer to us. This simply wouldn't have been possible without the support Donna provided. She was efficient organised and friendly and had the process from for sale to sold wrapped up within 2 weeks with the top end of the market price secured. We would never of had this level of efficiency or personable service from anyone else. she was on hand to help mum because we couldn't be there due to logistics. Her communication to us through the whole process was brilliant. Donna, if all estate agents were like you, buying a house would be so less stressful and so quick! Thankyou!

We have recently had a valuation done by Donna and she was so friendly and professional. No questions were too much trouble and she also spent the time involving all the family, including the children. She did not put me under any pressure and made the whole situation very relaxed. I can not recommend Donna enough.

We were with a high street estate agent which we were dissatisfied. I went on the search for a independant who would be dealing with the sale of our property from start to finish. I found Donna and thank goodness I did.

Very honest and open with the figures and expectations. A offer was made within a week and we have now competed and already settled into our new home.
