Warning! Please avoid buying from them!

I have only received item 2 weeks after ordered. Most of the items received were not the original items posted on the website. Missing one item in the parcel too. Never replied email for missing item's refund request.
No customer service. Selling one item on website and sent you cheaper substitute products without customer consent. The lower price products make you costly to return! Avoid!

I had used this pharmacy a couple of time previously and had been very happy with the service. Unfortunately this time they have taken my money, but not delivered the items. Contact form on their website is not working and they are not responding to my emails.
Very disappointing.

Purchased £15 item. Took an additional £820 in 2 x £400+ transactions a few weeks after purchase. Then refused to answer phone, return calls emails bounced back. Only way I got my money back was by raising fraud issue through bank. Avoid like the plague. Dodgy as hell. 0/10

Please do not use this company. Once a neighbour gave me the parcel delivered to a wrong address but knew the surname and thought it was for us. Only 3 of the 6 items delivered its a nightmare trying to speak to someone they just could not be bothered blaming a new computer system really!! Choose someone else

Have £15 + of my money, no order received, no response to my emails offering additional info, no refund. Very upsetting - should have read the reviews here first.

Placed my order and then basically heard nothing for ages; they ignored all correspondence. Finally the order has arrived and half it it wasn’t even the stuff I ordered. And from reading their returns policy I will end up paying for the non refundable return postage!!! Wish I hadn’t used them

Basically sent me an incomplete order 2 weeks after my order was placed with no communication to advise of the shipping delay - still haven’t received the remainder of my order months after the order was placed nor have I received a refund for these items despite sending an email requesting that they do so - I think they would rather just keep my money, the thieves

This pharmacy held approx £15 of my money and did not communicate with me for almost 2 months to let me know what was happening with my order. When I finally called their customer service representative was rude, talked over me and was generally unprofessional. In their small print/info on their site there is advice apparently that certain orders cannot be fulfilled due to limited numbers of the said item being allowed over certain periods of time. Any legitimate company would inform you of this and refund your payment. They kept my money for well over 14 days (almost 2 months) which is illegal. I’m disgusted. I will never use them again and I advise anyone thinking of using them against it very strongly. My refund is now on the way (apparently) but would they have kept this payment had I not chased them for the SECOND time? (No response for the first time I chased via email by the way) Disgusted doesn’t cover it. If that money isn’t back in my bank within 3-5 working days I will have no choice but to take this matter further. Absolutely appalling.
