Siamo stati a doppio Malto di Pescara ed è davvero un bellissimo locale.

Siamo stati venerdì sera nel locale DOPPIOMALTO di LUCCA, e nonostante fosse venerdì 17 ed ero pronto a tutto..........ho trovato un posto meraviglioso, CHE È DAVVERO UN POSTO FELICE!

très mauvaise expérience , une demi-heure attente avant de venir prendre notre commande apéritif, mojito ( oublié le rhum , que j ai payé )1/2 d attente pour commande le repas ( ils nous on apporté les assiettes d'une autre table , et le dessert nous sommes partis car la plus personne s occupait de nous . sans oublier la serveuse qui se servait ( les frites ) dans les plats des clients.... BRAVO !!!!! LA HONTE

Expencive breakfast and some of the menu is not possible to get, and they wount let us get something else or a discount. We are leaving.

J'ai réservé, une table pour 4 pour un anniversaire, samedi dernier pour la première fois, car j'ai entendu dire que cela était très bien.
Je voulais donc voir par moi-même.
En arrivant, personne ne nous demande si on a réservé ou pas...quel est l'aantage de réservé, si ce n'est que d'avoir une table.
Il serait bien, de faire entrer les personnes ayant réservées avant les autres.
On nous installe.
Après 2 demandes et 15 minutes d'attente, une personne vient nous demander ce que l'on souhaite boire et manger.
Nous commandons à boire.
Encore 10 minutes, la personne revient pour nous prendre la commande.
Je pensais voir un "Menu Italien bien varié", rien de plus classique !
Nous sommes servis rapidement...sauf que la cuisson de la viande demandée saignante, arrive bien cuite !
Nous refusons le plat.
Le repas se passe, si ce n'est qu'il a fallu demander 2 fois pour avoir des condiments (sel et poivre).
Peu de choix, sur la carte des desserts.
Vers 23h00, on nous fait comprendre qu'il faut libérer les lieux, ils doivent fermés...un samedi soir ?
On nous demande si cela s'est bien passé, excepté ce qui a été dit et la longueur de tout, les plats étaient corrects, bien garnis.
On nous dit, que cela est dû à la date récent d'ouverture...justement, cela devrait être plus que parfait.
OK, nous partons vers 23h15.
En partant, quelle vision charmante des sacs de poubelles transparentes dans l'allée devant les clients.
Je repars déçu de cette expérience, dont je ne retenterai pas le coup.

Arriviamo per le 22h.. 4 donne.. tra cui mia madre qui in vacanza dall estero.. non ci accoglie nessuno.. nonostante fossero li al bancone a parlare.. nemmeno un " ciao o ben venuti " ..aspettiamo..almeno 10 minuti all entrata.. e decido di chiedere se potessimo sederci dove volessimo... e con faccia " scazzata e scocciata " (la bionda con la coda che " non sorride mai " ) mi fa cenno con la testa di si.. quindi ci sediamo ed aspettiamo.. ma non arriva nessuno.. nemmeno a portare il menù come minimo.. quindi mi alzo e chiedo se potessi prendere i menù.. ed il ragazzo biondo al bancone mi dice di sì... aspettiamo che vengano a prendere l ordine.. e niente.. nessuno... faccio in tempo ad ascoltare 2 che cantano... 1 bachata.. ed ancora nessuno che venga a prendere l ordine... vado in bagno.. fumo una sigaretta ed ancora nessuno... al mio tavolo si innervosiscono al che vado al bancone a chiedere " ma si può ordinare? Da quando siamo arrivate non vi siete presentati? " e mi risponde il ragazzo " eh siamo solo in due.. si fa quel che si può " ed io.. " ok capisco però almeno portarci i menù.. " e la bionda mi guarda ancora più infastidita.. scocciata per non dire altro..
Torno al mio tavolo.. e decidiamo d andare via.. e li si presenta il ragazzo che era al bancone per prendere l ordine... ma ormai .. deluse.. ed offese decidiamo d andarcene...
Avevo deciso di passare una bella serata perché sapevo del karaoke al mercoledì.. ben gestito ed organizzato da Nadia Galliberti.. persona seria e solare.. a differenza dello staff.. avremmo voluto passare una serata in allegria come l autunno scorso.. proprio sul buon ricordo del karaoke con Nadia e del buon tiramisù alla birra... peccato.. ma un trattamento del genere dallo staff.. in particolare la biondina che ti guarda come per dirti " vi odio ve ne andate "... che passa tra i tavoli a sparecchiare ma non passa a prendere l ordinazione.. posso capire una giornata no.. un periodo no.. o nn apprezzare a pelle una persona.. per etnia.. o chissà quale altre motivo.. ma rimango un cliente... e professionalmente non ci si comporta così..
Se nn ci avessero visto.. posso capire.. ma ci siamo presentate.. aspettato un tavolo che poi abbiamo scelto da sole.. ci siamo sedute e servite da sole il menù.. e dopo 40 minuti non mi chiede l ordine ma addirittura mi sbuffi in faccia e fai la scocciata?!?! Non esiste!! Andremo ad un altro doppio malto.. peccato davvero.. perché le serate d Nadia karaoke più i dolci del locale erano un bel mercoledì.. andremo altrove dove lo staff è più educato.. professionale.. e che non faccia discriminazione o preferenze.. scegliendo i clienti da servire..
Ps pulite i bagni.. e cambiate le magliette se non sorridete maiii e sbuffate per servire...

If your from the UK. It's basically the Italian version of weatherspoons. Food is meh. Beer is ok even tho they actually have a brewery in house. Service was pretty poor too,also they had not updated the QR code on the English menu and tried to charge us an extra €50 on top of our bill. Luckily the manager seen the error and reported back to the company

pessimo! eravamo in 8 il 20/12/24 a Brescia: 2 pizze "margherite" col pane crudo, pomodoro direttamente del barattolo e formaggio in scaglie. Non migliore fortuna gli hamburger, gommosi e chiaramente precucinati. Non male la tagliata. ë evidente che la cucina é a base di ricevere prodotti precotti e dando un tocco finale da parte di persone che non sono del mestiere. Il servizio é a carico di ragazzini poco attenti e meno preparati. Consiglio vivamente andare al Burger King che é giusto di fronte: fast food peró almeno sai quello che mangi

Sicuramente un azienda poco seria, con un prodotto mediamente scarso e un attenzione al cliente pari a zero.

Was at Fiumicino Airport prior to departure for something to eat and arrived at this restaurant in the departure lounges. I was looking for a soft seat as I have painful sciatica and sitting on a hard seat for any length of time makes it unbearable.
I was told I couldn’t have a soft seat as they were only to accommodate parties of 4. The restaurant was fairly empty so I said you are hardly going to fill all those tables in the near future - there were about 10 of them unoccupied. The waitress said sorry she couldn’t accommodate. I left and went 15 paces further down to a really good restaurant called Farinella and the food was excellent with beautiful furnishings, excellent service and soft seating everywhere.
Spent loads and left a tip, so in the end was fortunate for such a poor experience in this place!!
These people need to learn the true value of good service. Given how little custom they had compared to Farinella - which was almost full - I’m not sure they will be in business much longer, especially at the airport where leases must be pretty expensive.

DOPPIO MALTO GLASGOW
Booked in advance for Christmas lunch for a party of 12 mature ladies in the Glasgow venue. They could only offer us a 4pm option. We took it and when we arrived the restaurant was quite quiet although it did get much busier later. It started quite well, although the music was so loud it was difficult to hear what the waiter was saying and we had to constantly shout. Almost impossible to have a conversation.Apart from the noise we had a few other issues

The type on the menus is so small and the lighting so dim, it was hard for some of us to read it
Had to ask several times for cutlery
Much of the food, when it did arrive, was cold
We were served by a number of different waiters, some of whom we never saw again after we ordered.
Most of the staff were lovely, but there were clearly not enough staff as the day progressed to cover the large number of customers there.
There were two minor discrepancies on the bill we were issued. However we decided it was all too difficult to question it given the circumstances.
We were constantly told that we had to be out by 6.
When we were told that we had to leave as it was past 6, one of the party pointed out that we were still eating deserts and that the reason we were still there was because the service had been quite slow.
She was immediately told to ‘get out’ as our time was up, and this particular member of staff was actually quite rude.
Another member of staff did later try to apologise but by then we’d had enough and left.
While we all understand the pressures of working in a busy restaurant, especially pre Christmas, there was no excuse for this particular waiter’s behaviour. We were all extremely civil, completely sober, and trying to look past the rather disappointing food we had been given.
All in all a disappointing experience. None of us had been here before, and judging by our Christmas lunch, none of us will be back.

1.Déjeuner passé dans une odeur d égout nauséabond reconnu par le personnel. 2.Une serveuse essuie les couverts lavés et là nous voyons qu elle gratte des résidus pouvant être restés sur les couverts, puis les range prêts à l usage. 3.Erreur sur le dessert baba au rhum nutella commandé, celui aux cerises apporté. 4.Le café n a pas été renversé sur moi de justesse. 5. 58,70 euros pour 2 couverts même pas un café offert ni excuses. Pourtant le serveur blaguant avec tous les clients semblait au fait de la statisfaction client. Loupé. Pour un restaurant nouvellement ouvert je ne vais pas leur faire de pub ni y remettre les pieds.

Ho risposto ad un loro annuncio, sulla ricerca di un Restaurant manager. Dopo aver effettuato video-colloquio, non si sono degnati nemmeno di mandare due righe di feedback o commento. Comportamento inaccettabile e irrispettoso

Si mangia veramente bene, ottima la grigliata mista, ma anche gli antipasti, tanta roba! Ci sono già stato 6 volte da quando hanno aperto al Forum a Palermo, ma ci tornerei ogni settimana!
