Provided a quote for plumbing works, booked it in only for the engineer to turn up and walk off site within 15 mins. You then receive a second quote later in the day for twice the price. They refused to break down how the labour cost increased 3 fold. They cant quote a job so avoid if you can.

Fantastic service from start to finish, confident, friendly, efficient service from quote to fitting, great price, excellent engineer who could not have been more helpful.

These guys are terrific, I cannot rate them highly enough, we have used them twice once when we returned from holiday to a broken boiler; they came early the next day and got it fixed within a couple of hours and then a second time to install a nest thermostat and actually ended up sorting out another issue at the same time completely free of charge.....first class service both times and extremely competitive pricing, we will definitely be using Dorset plumbing for all plumbing from now on......

Had a combi boiler fitted nearly two months ago. Quote and options given were fair priced in comparison to others. Work was completed in time stated by Scott Who was knowledgeable and did a clean and tidy job. Also had Nest fitted which has been good. Guys returned recently to assist with moving the Nest product which I had asked for. Again very helpful. Would recommend and will use again. Thanks

Wouldn’t use anybody else for my boiler and plumbing . They are superb . Fixed my boiler the next day . Plus have used them for annual service twice .Automatic text to let you know when they are coming so no hanging around waiting .

Dorset plumbing fitted a new boiler and also did a Landlord Gas Safety Certifcate for me. I can highly recommend them they handled the whole job for me including liaising with both my tenant and the letting agent. The job ended up being nearly half of what I had been led to believe by other plumbers. I was particularly pleased with their customer service and knowledge of the rental industry and their help with a number of awkward issues relating to the job. I will definately be using them again and highly recommend them.

I tried this company , but would never use or recommend them. They were happy to diagnose the problem but reluctant to fix the problem. Maybe they just operate on call out charges. When I spoke to the boss , he was extremely rude and unpleasant. Do not use this company.

Great little company, highly recommended. I have been using this company for just over a year. They give fair quotes, email reminders of appointment which is really helpful, and most importantly do a good job. Vince is always helpful and I even got an email back in the evening to a concern so can't fault them. They picked up a few issues during the boiler service in Dec and I booked them in for the necessary work yesterday.Ben did the service and repairs and is very friendly, professional and gives you confidence a good job has been done. A great company. Nothing too much trouble & always polite & efficient when giving my boiler its annual service. This year they also replaced a badly leaking kitchen tap & a broken stopcock quickly & efficiently & all without breaking the Bank

Great experience with Dorset Plumbing. The second time i have used the company. This time replacing a 20 year old boiler, changing a kitchen tap and moving a radiator. Scott was a great plumber, punctual and explained what he was doing, everything was done expediently and left tidy. The company provided online reminders prior to each day, the quote was provided online and easy to access. Definitely recommend these guys and will use again.
