Terrible company I have had nothing but trouble with ordering my Dads blister packs, they never notify me if there are problems with certain meds, I constantly have to ring up & chase up orders, absolute headache - avoid this company.

Very dissatisfied, I have been with this company for three month. The first month I was not advised that I had to initiate the first prescription, the second month my prescription did not arrive on time and I had to email them. They sent the meds without replying to my email or any apology. And once again, month three, I have emailed to ask where my meds are. I have not received a reply and who knows if meds are now in the post. I will be changing suppliers!!!

Was thinking about using this pharmacy for my father's dosette box, but read the reviews and lack of replies from merchant and decided not to bother!

Terrible experience wish I had checked here first! I was looking for a pharmacy which could pouch meds as my community pharmacy could not offer this service and my meds have increased over the past 6 months and suggested to me by the City Hospital Pharmacist as a possible option who were willing to do this for me.
Each time I called the phone was engaged or cut off after a certain amount of rings. I wasn't informed about when they would be delivered and seemed very defensive. I was convinced they didn't take my phone number to keep me informed and it was just unprofessional. They charge £5 for each monthly delivery, so it wasn't free.

I finally got my prescription in a plastic bag (not in the dosette boxes randomly after being "fobbed off" about it being in the delivery van, having previously waited in ALL DAY but no delivery arriving.

I decided to give up with DOSETTE PHARMACY at this point, and just changed my pharmacy to a competitor, PILLTIME which offer free delivery in pouches, trackable delivery etc and it is very efficient.

Maybe they were having a bad week when I called but it was so unprofessional. I notice they don't come up on the NHS England Pharmacy listing when I went to see what review was on there...

Also no opportunity to discuss with the Pharmacy manager, just avoidance and lots of insincere apologies...

Absolute rubbish. I was looking for an alternative for my 87 year old mum after Superdrug stopped pouching meds. They were very friendly when I initially called and the first order came out relatively quickly. One of the reasons we chose Dosette Pharmacy was because it said on their website it was a free service but there was a note in the first meds saying postage and package needed to be paid for. As mum is on a limited income, and the availability of other pharmacies offering the service for free, I decided to look elsewhere and notified them. They confirmed she would be removed from their books. The following month I requested the prescription from the new pharmacy but this was declined as Dosette Pharmacy had requested the meds. I called to ask the prescription to be returned to the spine so the new pharmacy could pick it up but they advised it was already dispensed They said they would issue the meds again this time and stop any future requests. We waited 10 days and nothing came through the post so I chased again. They said they would post that day. So these were posted but all in their original blister packs which is really inconvenient as my mum lives alone snd now has to fathom when to take her meds.

Really would not recommend them.

I would like to say I changed over my pharmacy to Dosette pharmacy daybrook Nottingham about 6:7 months ago. I would just like to say that these people go above and beyond to help me they deliver on time and I’ve never had any problems with my tablets. I would just like to say that I’d definitely recommend this chemist I would love to give you 10/10 for all your good work keep it up guys
