I had just received my items and the description on their site was wrong. First could track the package so was unsure i would receive
When they finally arrived items were way too small. Your site says I can return in original packaging and proof of purchase (which i have )but told the slipping will cost me more than the product cost! If the company was reputable should listed not only the customer responsible for cost of return and that cost may exceed price of product.
I did try to contact (finally found email and phone number) but no response. This is the first and last time I will order anything from Dotmalls-buyer beware, read the reviews prior to ordering anything..

I wish I had read these company reviews before I had to experience this for myself. I purchased two items totaling $60, waited an inordinately long time to receive the merchandise, then once I did, discovered that the quality was absolutely terrible, AND THAT IT WOULD COST "$50-$80 TO RETURN THE ITEMS!" Don't be fooled. And don't make the mistake that so many of us have made by innocently being taken advantage of by this horrible company.

DO NOT EVER BUY SOMETHING FROM HERE. I ordered what appeared to be stained glass birds perched on a branch that gets attached to a metal base. I paid $44.99 and $9.99 S&H. Was going to give it to a friend as a thank-you gift. When I received the item I noticed a small scuff mark/rough area on the branch. I contacted the seller to make a return and was told I could return it but I would have to pay the return shipping to China and the cost would probably be $50-80 so instead they offered me an insulting refund of $6 to keep the item. WHAT A SCAM!!!! They obviously have no idea that this is not how business is done in America. STAY AWAY FROM CRAP SOLD FROM CHINA!!!!!

I was interested in ordering one of their pretty bras. I looked at their sizing chart and with that, I stopped, did NOT order. Because it says that If you are a LITTLE FAT order next size up. Really??? I have never been so insulted in just reading a size chart.

Do not purchase from "Dotmalls"---I am sure this is a China Fraud. I saw a pretty bra. What I received about 1 month later-was not the same product at all but a much cheaply made model that did not even close correctly -the products both of them -were not as pictured. I've read some reviews and others had similar experiences. Poor quality, skimpy, thin "lace". I never want to see their ads again-they are lies. By the time you see for yourself the shoddy quality and hear others tell of rip off prices to attempt a refund you, like me, will realize it's not worth the $8 refund Dotmalls gives you. The Better Business Bureau and FBI need to be informed of this fraud being perpetrated on many people.

Purchased bras which did not match size as stated on website.
No where on web site was it stated items coming from China.
Scam occurred when I want to return item which cost $61. (Includes $10 shipping).
They said they would give me $8 refund. BEWARE

Ordered 3 bras,did not fit. Checked USPS for amt to return them. $61.50 from Austin, Texas. so took the $25.00 they offered to just keep items.DO NOT DO BUSINESS w/ this Company!

Have ordered from them before and it was a disaster just like all these reviews. But I AM WONDERING- does it REALLY cost $50-$80 to return 2 bras (hardly any weight) to China? Has anyone in these reviews ever gone to the Post Office and attempted or actually shipped their package back to China? If so, what was the cost?

I SUSPECT that Dotmalls tells their customers that it costs so much to return and offers an $8 refund (an absolute joke) to discourage customers from returning their purchases so they won’t have to fully refund their money.

ALSO-if it really does cost that much for shipping, how the heck do they afford to send us our purchases? Since they sell some items under $50? Does shipping cost less for the seller than it does for the buyer?

ONE MORE THING-I have seen a number of the items that Dotmalls sells (such as their shoes) for a much MUCH LESS price on the TEMU website. Yes, they are also in China, but have very good service and full refunds, lots of sales and discounts, and their prices are so cheap you wonder if it’s a scam-but believe me it’s not!!! So if you order something from them, don’t like it but also don’t get around to returning it, it’s not a big deal cuz you spent very little money on it. Good luck and blessings to you all!!!

According to our Return & Exchange Policy, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of package reception and if the products are in new, unused condition with the original packaging.

If you want to send the order back for exchange or refund, the return shipping fee needs to be afforded by yourself.

Bought the "Dotmalls Sapphire High Hardness Anti Blue Light Intelligent Dual Focus Reading Glasses" in +4.0/for 75-79 year old users. My reading prescription if for +4.0 so these should work.

They do magnify but the view across them is distorted making them worse then Walmart $9.95 glasses. Their "PROGRESSIVE" claim is wrong. The rest of the viewing area is all a blur. The "near distance" area is not shaped as their advertising shows but is a press molded circular area that causes a sudden change in the picture when you go outside it.

Now let's talk about their return policy. It states the customer pays return postage. Return postage quoted by them is $50-70 to them in China. They did offer a $15 discount on replacement bad $39 glasses.

Not returning at my expense false advertised merchandise unless the seller pays return postage but am going to have my credit card company withhold payment to them. ORDER #MR158182

Very cute style, HORRIBLE construction and materials. It's a shame, they are definitely losing repeat customers. I won't buy from them again.

The Breathable Sneakers are not worth the price. They looked cute so I ordered two pairs. They are cheap. They are have no support and are made of a plastic. They run small in size. Took a couple of months to arrive. Smelled like plastic. They came in a package without any information. The return address on the package was a warehouse. After I finally found a site online that carried them, I found no returns if on sale. They were about a dollar off! Learned a good lesson-to not buy off brand shoes or from unknown online stores.

What I received looked nothing like the product advertised. Very cheaply made and I would not even consider wearing. I asked for a call tag and full refund. After several emails they want me to return at my expense to China, which I might add would be around $80 to return. My whole order was $76.99. Had I known they were coming from China I would have never ordered in the first place. Still is not resolved.

The quality is horrible and I am gonna sue you for false advertising and for my money back. I advise no one to shop from you all!!

Horrible sandals ! They’re like something you buy on the Boardwalk! Flip flop material for 60.00 and now per reviews I’m stuck with them ! Refusing payment on credit card!

Anyone who orders from this company "has been had!" I'm out for $60.00. I reported Dotmalls to the Attorney General and the BBB, but you're on your own to get your money back! This company will probably make a fortune selling these cardboard attempts at shoes! I can only pray that God is watching...
