DP Marketing have not delivered for us and while that is disappointing what really annoys me is that I still have to pay a 3 month notice period. My recommendation is: give notice as soon as you sign with them and then keep giving it so you have, in effect a monthly rolling contract. In this way to can stop the contract if they don’t deliver.

Our business is a consultancy, we have a small number of clients who we work with for multiple years. With the nature of our business in mind, DPOM agreed that they key aim for us should be to improve our google search ranking. Unfortunately, our account manager wasn’t an SEO specialist which wasn’t a good start. Then we were told that for Google we needed to verify our address (video of our offices, workstations, branding) as a place of business. But our address is that of our accountant, so our branding isn’t visible and we don’t use their offices - we use our clients offices. DPOM, produced a few blogs for us, which weee ok, but I’m not sure the blog part of our site is set up properly.

Despite these setbacks, I persevered, for 9 months but finally gave notice when it was clear that DOOM were having no noticeable impact on our rankings. Having failed us, it’s galling to have to pay for another 3 months of failure, also sad that no one from DPOM has contacted us to ask why we are leaving.

Signed up for Google ads services with this company a few months ago. I found them to be very transparent, honest and patient from the get go. It took me a few weeks to make a decision and they did check in fairly frequently which is fair enough and then I signed up.

After signing up they call you to onboard you and basically repeat what the quote said - a bit annoying but I can see why they have to do it a snot every one reads stuff.

I then got about 3 emails again repeating how to cancel and what I should expect - fine but at this point is was tired of being told the same thing.

A few months later and I’m very happy with results- they’ve built overtime and continue to increase. I rent out property for tourists in France and target UK travellers and they’ve done wonders for me.

They are still trying to bill me after cancelling within 2 weeks! They take your money and do nothing for the first two weeks to avoid the law! Please read other people's negative experiences, unfortunately I am not alone!
Think again when using this company.
They do not do any work then demand payment even if you cancel.

I recently switched to DPOM after my previous Google ads experts almost killed my business. Thankfully, Lee took over, and within a couple of weeks there was a huge improvement with enquiries and I still have a business. I would absolutely recommend, particularly if you are a small business:)

The good:
The team was generally friendly to deal with, albeit somewhat corporate in tone.

Results were OK. I got some enquiries, but I broke even / even + a few hundred pounds. Certainly nothing to write home about.

The bad:
Response times were inconsistent—sometimes slow, with some emails going "missing."

The terms and conditions are 32 pages long and heavily weighted in their favour. I wish I had trusted my gut and not signed up—they make cancellation, not difficult, but certainly inconvenient.

I received no reports during my time with them, until asking during my last communication with them. The report was not explained to me, so was next to useless.

I paid extra for 1 on 1 meetings, but these hour long meetings were a 20 minute phone call.

Despite being told that conversions were absolutely the most important focus, conversion tracking was still not set up after 3 months.

I made 5 payments between November 20 and 21 February (3 months), which means they charge you an additional month at both the start and end of the contract.

Lee has been unbelievable from the get go! I came into this with pretty low expectations, as I haven't had the best results with Google Ads in the past. Lee set realistic expectations, explaining what he thought was possible while also being honest that sometimes the product or pricing can be the issue. From the get-go, he was upfront and didn’t promise the world, which I really appreciated.

Lee took over my account in December—typically a slow month for my business (timber sales). Despite this, we started seeing steady improvements month by month. Now, in March, less than three months in, I’ve already broken my biggest monthly revenue record from last year! Considering it’s still winter and we’re only 18 days into the month, you can imagine how impressed and happy I am.

If you’re thinking about Google Ads, there isn’t a better company to go with! Highly recommend.

Things my second time being a client with Dpom, the first time I was tempted away by another agency repeatedly calling and telling me they can improve my account. 3 months later they trashed my campaigns so I called DPOM back in the hope they can help

I signed up within the day and 3 days later everything was running back to normal - a huge relief! If they hadn’t rescued my Google Ads the business impact could have been substantial

I won’t be leaving Dpom again, highly recommended
