Cette entreprise ne répond à aucun message ou appel, (tél, WhatsApp, mail,), vend des boitiers basiques, qui pour ma part ne fonctionne pas. Le retour à été fait dans les 14 jours, le retour à bien été reçu, mais la lettre recommandée a été refusé et aucun remboursement. Cela fait deux mois !
Avant l'achat essayer donc de les joindre ...

I can see the aussie tuners are upset with this drake box because they come here commenting that is shit it wont work bla bla bla because the Aussies charge insane money for the same product , I installed drakebox in two of my cars and they work amazing , hips more power less turbo lag , 110. kilomiters extra per tank on my kia sportage, the bad comments here are just from jelous tuners!!!!!!

Acquisto della centralina Drake box Monza,da subito problemi con il recovery della auto..a qualsiasi settaggio dovevo tenere il potenziometro a meno di metà.. durata 1anno e mezzo tra varie prove,ma niente.. la resa si sente sull'allungo certamente ma i consumi salgono nettamente.dopo questo periodo l'ho tolta perché aveva sballato tutta la centralina dell'auto e il debimetro l'ho dovuto buttare perché non si riusciva più ad allineare. Insomma,va bene giusto se si vuole fare il "pistola"un po' ogni tanto,anche se non è miracolosa.
Pensateci bene per l'acquisto.

Buon giorno ho acquistato una centralina da questi signori ma sono 2 giorni che non vedo la spedizione e non riesco a mettermi in contatto con loro qualcuno a avuto lo stesso problema

Il servizio H 24 7/7 è assolutamente INESISTENTE, sono giorni che provo via telefono, Wapp, Mail ,niente nessuna risposta. Esistono?
Mi hanno mandato un connettore sbagliato e non posso montarlo. Probabilmente ho buttato nel cesso 160 euro, ma non mi fido comunque più a montare sta cosa, visto i lestofanti che sono.

Absolute scumbags... they were quick to take my money and reply instantly. Tried to cancel the order prior to them sending no response tried emailing at least 10 times no response tried on Whatsapp no response absolutely unscrupulous vendor. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...

Strain to help you with a purchase, completely ignore you after the purchase, sell products that don't fit or work, refunds are not honoured and ignored.
Don't use this company they are a scam company waste of time and money.

I have had one of these boxes for 8 years and in that time it hasn’t missed a beat
Much improved performance and fuel economy
I have fitted 4 boxes to friends and workmates with no problem
The eml light comes on
the potentiometer is set too high it needs to be tweaked and fitted by someone who knows what they’re doing
I have had experiences with other boxes and none of them come close
If you think you can just plug it in and it will turn your car into a formula 1 car YOUR WRONG
I would recommend a diagnostic scanner for when some boy racer turns it up to max so you can reset the fault turn it down and start again

One issue,on start up,engine cranks for 5 seconds before firing..Can any one say if this is normal pls??

I wanted to leave a review for Drakebox and IRemap. I bought the device several weeks ago. I am actually very pleased with it and it works very well. I have seen some feedback that suggests the company don't reply to messages for help. I want to say that initially I could not get it to work so reached out to the company for help. I look through what information I could find for them and realised they were Italian. I therefore sent my emails in that language using a translator app. They replied to me within a couple of days and as a result I have got the device to work properly. To the company thank you very much. I am very happy..

Appena arrivata la centralina aggiuntiva DrakeBox Monza è dopo aver letto attentamente le istruzioni mi sono sorti dei dubbi riguardo la sua regolazione. I vari tasti ed interruttori descritti non li trovavo, quindi ho pensato che fossero all’interno del modulo. Prima di aprirla però volevo conferma dall’assistenza 24/7. Telefoni staccati e nessuna risposta da whatsapp. Cominciamo proprio male. Per evitare problemi futuri, ho chiesto di restituirla.

Drakebox and iremap are the same man try to sell the same useless box just with different stickers. The chiptuning itself need to control both of the values air and fuel but this box imitate only to modify the fuel which can lead to melt the engine or blow the turbo if start the car by chance as my mechanic said (ex proracing pilot) I bet that nobody get refund as well

I bought the drakebox monza and drakebox idrive and works great, I think that people don't realise that you shouldn't just buy the monza on it's own not if you want to get a result you need both the monza and idrive boxes for it to work properly,the company should tell you this when looking to buy their product but maybe they just figure that you'll work it out soon enough.

I bought a drake box Monza and when it arrived I didn't fit it because the instruction book was useless! all I received was a box with not buttons or warning lights on it, which is useless as I can't set it up.
They are impossible to contact by any of the means offered so I've lost a hundred quid.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL LOSE YOU'RE MONEY!!

Acquistato centralina acceleratore DRAKEBOX e una volta installato dà errore con spie accese, contatto l azienda con telefonate e messaggi su Whatsapp x assistenza MA NESSUNO RISPONDE X GIORNI .
Così ho aperto una contestazione su Paypal x richiedere il rimborso vediamo come và a finire!!
SCONSIGLIO DI ACQUISTARE QUALSIASI COSA DA LORO.
