Helpful advice given on products.

The Sales Assistant Jamal was very attentive and helpful. We were made very welcome on our arrival. He offered us tea and took time to assist us in our decision making when choosing the mattress for my elderly, disabled mother. He’s explanations were very thorough and she was able to try the mattress for comfort. On arrival she was given the opportunity to do a virtual sleep match as well. He was a true gent and a valuable asset to your store.

Friendly staff that the right bed for us.

The service was amazing. I was told a few days ago that my mattresses were coming a bit later, which worried me a lot since I had thrown my previous ones away. They noticed and immediately offered a free foam mattress to get proper rest. No return, either. I’m genuinely so pleased. I didn’t expect to get anything for free without needing to return. I’m super grateful. Thank you.

Bought a bed a few weeks ago and was impressed by the service.Returned yesterday to purchase another.Different member of staff but same service.

I had a great experience today in Dreams , Solihull. I was greeted by Lauren , who was knowledgeable and efficient.
She helped me choose my bed and mattress and made suggestions along the way .

Excellent experience. Very friendly customer service, listen to what I was looking for and my needs for a bed showed me different options and offered a shot in the bed match scanner. Offered a drink when purchasing and spoke through clearlying and in manner which was easy to understand.

Richard was extremely polite, helpful and patient. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and stayed with us until late evening, making sure we were happy with our choices without any pressure. Really appreciated his excellent customer service.

We recently shopped for a new King size mattress at the Warrington store. The shop assistant was welcoming and very helpful and knowledgeable about the type of mattress we were looking for. We were happy with our purchase. Would recommend Dreams.

We arrived at the store 10 minutes before it opened at 9am. The lovely female member of staff let us into the store as it was raining. We told her we were looking for a new mattress and she recommended we use the sleep machine to monitor how we sleep and recommends the best mattress for us. We tried three different mattresses in store which were medium to firm. We originally went back to the first one as it was like laying on a cloud, so heavenly that I could have fallen asleep there and then. We were offered a drink whilst we sat down and talked prices and delivery. We left the store happy and satisfied that we had made the right choice. I would definitely recommend Dreams to family and friends.

Really great customer service, staff very observant as to which mattress we tried before using sleek match ! worked really well as he was able to recommend the ones matched for us with the ones we had tried!
