When I entered the store I was welcomed by Jennifer who was very helpful and knowledgeable when talking to me, helping me to choose the perfect mattress. She was also very clear on explaining everything and very confident during the time I spent with her.

I went to the Fulham store and found the staff to be very welcoming. The service was friendly and the staff was very knowledgeable about the products and made the whole process easy.
I particularly want to mention Jerome, who was courteous and very professional.

Awful service. Completely misleading delivery times on their website and a shambles for customer service. They are always busy, never get back to you in a reasonable time and no knowledge of what’s going on. They deny you the right to make formal complaints and communication recorders is awful.

The Staff was very helpful choosing the right bed

We originally visited the Fareham store, where the two staff members were extremely helpful, patient, and honest. After getting all the information we needed, we placed our order online when we got home, as the 0% finance option offered a better deal. We were also able to use a cashback app, which gave us an additional discount and made the purchase even better value.

We came into the Portsmouth store looking for a new mattress for our new home. Shannon advised us and took us through a sleep match assessment and discussed suitable mattresses for myself and my partner - whilst we were deliberating, Shannon continuously offered us drinks whilst we browsed. At ten to six (just before closing, sorry!! ) she was very welcoming and made us feel confident in our choice we had made. Thank you for a quick and efficient service.

The staff were brilliant and very helpful. I told them what kind of king size mattress I wanted as I suffer from sciatica. I’ve had this mattress for a year now, and I haven’t suffered from sciatica since. The price was reasonable. And delivery was on time. The only downfall was that they charge extra to actually take it in your room and that they don’t take the old mattress with them.

Hereford. Lorna provided great service. She was friendly and accommodating. She listened to our needs and provided a range options. We quickly settled on one and the sales process was made quick and simple.

Holly and Brian were fab. Holly spent hours with us but wasn't pushy at all. She let us look around ourselves but was available to answer our questions and we had LOTS! All the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and had a great sense of humour.
