Helped by Ben and Taylor in the Huddersfield store, not pressured, just informed advice which is refreshing.

We visited the Wakefield store and purchased a new base and mattress from Amy. She was really lovely - very understanding of what we required and why. We felt that she was down to earth and didn’t put any pressure on us at all.

Clair was lovely and great with having a young child in store 👌

Solly in the Blackburn store was fantastic to deal with. Showed us a great range of mattresses until we found the perfect one. 5 star service. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience choosing our bed with Ann. We tried the sleep match and narrowed it down to 2 mattresses which made choosing far simpler. Mattress protector free, everything explained clearly and great cup of tea. really positive shopping experience in a relaxed non pushy environment

We were greeted by Amrik, and I honestly couldn’t fault him. He took the time to explain the different mattresses and suggested we try the Sleepmatch machine, which was really helpful. He even brought us pillows to use while we tested the mattresses.
Once he had explained everything, he left us to take our time without any pressure, which we really appreciated. Despite there being some issues with a new PC system, Amrik remained professional, patient,

Every happy with our customer service from Jav at Bristol Dreams very chatty and helpful, made us feel at ease. We brought our mattress there precious year and came back for the bed frame even got us a cheeky discount on our bed for being an existing customer very happy.
