Went into dreams broadstairs Westwood cross, Georgia (store manager) helped me and my partner with choosing our new bed and I couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend

the staff were helpful and friendly and left you alone to bounce on the mattresses if that's what you needed.

We went to choose a bed and mattress and the customer adviser, Lily, was exceptional. She carried out a thorough assessment of our needs for the mattress and gave appropriate advice. Because of this we were able to select the correct mattress for us. During the sale she was very accommodating and met all of our expectations. She went over and beyond to look after us and gave us a real good deal.

We think this company needs to get its act together not on the shop floor but at management level. There doesn’t seem to be a clear communication path between the Plymouth warehouse and the Truro store. Is it something to do with the computer systems.

Jennifer was exceptionally helpful, knowledge & thoughtful. A real asset to the company. She is the reason I made my purchase.

Very pleased with the customer service in store. Staff were very knowledgeable, personable and considerate to our needs regarding our purchase. Staff member took the time to explain different products and afforded us her full attention.
We felt satisfied with our choice of purchase and await delivery.

Michel, the store representative who helped me choose a new bed was very helpful, friendly and personable.

We were welcomed into the shop, offered a drink, used the 'perfect bed finder machine' and shown compatible mattresses in a nice relaxed manner. Our mattress guide was a very knowledgeable man called Richard who normally works in the Macclesfield shop.

The experience was good and very knowledgeable staff it would of been five stars if not for the delivery time and printer not working

I had visited the store in Durham a couple of times and made a decision to purchase on this occasion. The staff were very friendly and showed where the beds were in store that I had seen on line, explaining the options available and allowed time, without any pressure, to look around. Katie then took me through the process of finding the correct mattress using the sleep match equipment, which was a very good, comfortable experience.

The staff were both friendly and polite offering me a drink while I was considering my choices. I ordered a bed and mattress that were in the sale at a good price without any pressure and am awaiting a delivery date.

Would recommend the store and products

The sales guy was very helpful, he showed us every mattress that would suit us after using the machine that finds the best one for you . He didn’t rush and gave us space to test them all . We had a lovely cup of tea and the staff were all very happy & friendly . We found our perfect mattress (hopefully )and left very happy customers!! A really pleasant shopping experience, well done guys !!!
