The staff at the Shirley branch were fantastic. All were so friendly and knowledgeable. Lauren was particularly awesome. Fantastic customer service and great products. Would highly recommend.

Our dreams experience was very good. The sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable and allowed us to come to our own, well-informed decision.

My son also got to try the sleep matching system they have in store. This allowed the best mattresses to be matched to his style of sleeping. Great technology which made the mattress selection process much more efficient.

Shout out again to our lovely sales assistant who was only covering for the day from another store!

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Gabby of Dreams Altrincham for the outstanding service she provided during our visit. Her depth of knowledge about the different bed options was exceptional, and she explained everything in a way that was both clear and unbiased. Gabby is an incredibly friendly and engaging salesperson, never pushy, and truly a pleasure to deal with. We are very grateful for the time she spent with us and for the care she took in helping us make the right choice.

Popped into the Clapham/Stockwell branch of Dreams today (Mon 31st Aug) and wanted to sing the praises of Hanan. She was incredibly kind and friendly, and approached me to help when she could see I was pondering. She helped answer my question super quickly.

Sadly I wasn't looking to purchase today, as my landlord is covering the costs of my mattress so he needs to approve my choice, but otherwise I would have loved to have purchased through Hanan. She is an asset to the company!

We got exactly what we wanted at a price we could afford . Very helpful staff

went in just to look, was greeted at the door and asked what we were looking for. Was then put on there mattress tester and was looked after very well, resulting with buying a new mattress.

There was a great range of beds to look at ,if u needed help to deside what bed was best 4 u there was help available if needed.The bank holiday sale was awesome I managed to buy myself a bed n with the money I saved in sale a little extra added I brought my daughter a bed also .thank u .

Mike was very helpful and patient with us. He offered a lot of good advice and helped us find the perfect mattress.

Dennis at the salhouse road branch went above and beyond to help us get our dream bed he was very friendly and explained everything so we understood

Easy process to purchase as I can’t get to local retail outlet. So far so good.

Helpful, knowledgeable sales assistant Jane. Ability to try the dreams bed test. Was given time to look at and try lots of different beds before making our decision with no pressure on time spent. Made us feel we made a good decision based on given time and space. Not rushed.
