It was a delight to go into a store and to get the help we needed. Michael at the Havant store was impeccable. From choosing a mattress and bedstead he explained everything. Fantastic salesman.

Berkeley from the New Cross shop in London was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to answer all our questions and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Haven't yet tested the bed but the customer service was superb from the get go.

Every one was very pleasant and help the young lady on the desk very good at sorting delivery I think they called Elizabeth did a good job of explaining time and delivery all in all good and plus got the mattress I wanted at price that was good

Fantastic customer service!
We weren't 'jumped on' when we first arrived which is important to me. I don't like being given the 'hard sell' the minute I walk into a shop of any kind. We were offered and given drinks despite only looking. The gentleman who served me asked if I wanted a pillow.

The gentleman who helped was really good. He allowed me the time and space to try out some of the beds before suggesting the machine to provide options for the best mattresses to suit my needs. That was an extremely unusual and interesting experience!
The lovely gentleman took us round to each of the mattresses it suggested. I did really like one of the mattresses off the list the machine suggested which I bought. There are so many beds to try, the machine reduced the time trying out all of the mattresses.

He was very patient and explained everything very well. He didn't try to push me into buying stuff I didn't want either. Excellent service all round. The only thing I would say is that delivery is quite a few weeks before I get my mattress.

Regarding the actual shop, it is wheelchair and buggy accessible. There's a lift that you can use to get upstairs. The doors are wide, with no steps at the entrance. It is cheaper than a competitor which is a few shops away.
