Amazing!, sleep match experience was amazing help to find the right mattress! Secret was amazing help!

We were looking for a new mattress but didn’t know what to look for. Rob was very helpful and knowledgeable. He put us on the machine and helped us try a few mattresses until we found the one we felt right for us.

Calvin gave great advise on how to pick our mattress. He explained everything clearly and answered all our questions.

The staff in the Mallard Road Bournemouth Dreams store were excellent. Kieran greeted us and offered us tea/coffee and listened carefully to what we were looking for, then showed us a range of mattresses for comparison and waited patiently while we tried them all. He explained the differences clearly and showed and told us all about the bed we had chosen from their website. We discussed the delivery and old items disposal options and the breakdown of all the costs. The whole experience was a pleasure throughout, and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Had a great experience at Dreams today , the lady we were dealing with was so lovely and took her time with us as we had our toddler Evie with us so she was very good at keeping her company while we tried out the mattresses and filled out the paper work, very happy with our experience! 🫶🏻😊

Sleep match machine was amazing, unfortunately it’s not until we got home that we realised there was a hidden cost of £49 to take the mattress to our bedroom that was put to us as a free service not a charge….. we wanted to keep costs down as it’s a £1000+ bed so I would have dragged it up myself. Unfortunately cancelled order as I felt annoyed by the month waiting time and the cheeky £49 fee.

They did offer to refund this but it was gone for me

We had a great experience purchasing our Dreams bed from Ashley. He was extremely professional, friendly and helpful, giving us plenty of time to make our decision with no pressure or hard selling. His knowledge and relaxed approach made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Really good staff interaction, easy process for buying a bed

Buying a sofa and beds that meets all requirements is extremely daunting, but Calvin made it effortless. He was well informed, high intelligence and patient. I couldn’t wish for anyone better, as assist me Thank you thank you Calvin at Dreams Purley Way Croydon. He was very attentive and spent over 2 hours with us and he was amazing, every second that went by. We thank you so much Calvin
