The only reason I awarded one star is because you can’t award zero. They seem so disconnected as a company, the store you purchased from tell you one thing, telephone helpline is of no use, can’t speak to anyone and don’t call back, chat system tells you something completely different, had three delivery dates, last info was the base was damaged but they’d supply another base whilst another was ordered, SHAMBOLIC

Bought the Sealy PostureLux Forbes Combination Mattress about 5 months ago. It was expensive but I wanted good quality. I was able to pay in instalments via interest free finance. The staff delivering my new mattress were helpful and friendly, and even offered to bring it upstairs, there was also an option when ordering to take away my old mattress for a fee (cheaper than getting the council to recycle it). They did arrive very early in the morning (the delivery slot is all day). After an initial period of adjustment, I can honestly say that the mattress is brilliant. It took about a month for my body to get used to it, but now that I have, my sleep has significantly improved. I left a review on their own website back in February because they asked for one, but I had not yet adjusted so couldn't say much. I am unable to now edit my review or make a new one, which is a shame.

Charlotte from Teesside branch was absolutely phenomenal. Didn’t pester us, asked us if we needed any guidance to just give her a shout. So we did and from there her wealth of knowledge just became obvious. She was a real pleasure to deal with, showing us the complete range to help find what we needed. At first we had some misconceptions surrounding the pricing at dreams, but we couldn’t have been more wrong. We will absolutely be returning in a few years time. Went in the bolton store and was greeted by Ann, from start to finish she was super helpful in finding us the right mattress.

Had an unexpectedly UNPLEASANT experience with a TEMPUR memory foam mattress. After months of consideration, we finally invested in a premium mattress to help with back pains, but we didn't expect that it would come with a VERY STRONG CHEMICAL SMELL that persisted even after airing it out for 2 months! We decided to return it but the process was not as straightforward as we had hoped: a technician was sent to inspect, stayed for 10 minutes and simply claimed he couldn't smell anything, despite us living with the odour every night. A bedroom should be a place of relaxation, not somewhere you dread. We eventually exchanged it for a Sophie Conran spring mattress, received a partial refund, but paid for the pricey pillows that had originally been included "free" with the TEMPUR mattress.

I cannot rate the mattresses yet as I have just ordered from Crown Point in Leeds. But Katie there was wonderful. She talked us through the sleep match and showed us suitable beds that were in our price range. She wasn't pushy but was informative and professional throughout while being kind and having a laugh with us. We are very happy with what we got for the price and Katie offered us some bonuses too, which was great. Thanks so much for your help Katie!

Gabriel provided exceptional assistance during my visit to the store, guiding me through the selection of multiple mattresses, which resulted in a highly personalized experience. Mustafa also contributed significantly to this positive experience with Gabriel, making the entire process very enjoyable. I highly recommend seeking assistance from either of these individuals for an outstanding customer experience.

Graeme at the Chester store was very pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. We found the sleepmatch tool very useful and the large range of beds in the store gave us the opportunity to try out different makes and different levels of firmness, to find the mattress that suited us best.

Staff very helpful, they let you have a good look around without bothering you, always ready to answer questions or explain anything. Had a coffee while we placed our order.

Graham is amazing and honest, and doesn't upsell. 10/10. A lovely man and great products.

Brilliant customer service today by Charlotte in the Carlisle store. Hard to believe she is new in role as she was very knowledgable & helped us navigate buying a new bed & frame for our new house, which is quite a daunting thought! Thanks Charlotte for making this such an easy experience - best of luck to you in your new role too!

What a fantastic experience!

Sue at the Metro Centre Dreams store was brilliant. Her customer service, kindness and support while we chose the right bed for us was superb. Dreams you have an exceptional employee here!

Sue showed us a variety of mattresses after we used the sleep match machine, which gave us insight into which mattress would suit us. Sue then looked after our young twins while we chose which bed frame.

Justine the store manager then stayed late to help us buy the bed.

An all round brilliant experience and I would highly recommend visiting this store.

I went into the store and was greeted by a lady called Rachel. We already knew which mattresses we wanted to see, and she promptly showed us where they were. She was great—she told us she’d leave us to try them out in our own time and just to shout if we needed anything. After a while, she came back over and helped my daughter choose which of the two was the better fit for her. She was very pleasant, informative, and explained everything perfectly. Highly recommended.

Janette at Team Valley was really professional and friendly in helping us find the perfect mattress. We used the sleepmatch machine and she took us through all the different mattresses which were the best fit for us, giving us time to try them each out ourselves, would definitely recommend.
