I tried to cancel this subscription many times and tried to contact this company. Many times about the cancel subscriptions. It almost was like an act of God. Trying to contact this company to confirm my subscription was canceled. They still kept charging me.They still kept sending out product and I did not want the product. They do not have a phone number for you to contact customer service.They do not respond to their chats.They have an automatic response on their chats to tell you that somebody from customer service will contact you within 24 hours which they do not. And they do not respond to their emails.

Tricked into a subscription, which wouldn't have been so bad had the product been any good. The scent lasted no more than 24 hours.

Scent WAY too strong. Tricked into subscription. After you finally get to last cancellation page, the cancel button DOESN'T WORK. Then you go to AI chat and it forwards you to an agent who will only get to you in 24 HOURS. TRASH COMPANY.

I too was duped into a subscription. The scent only last a week, although it was nice. Only realized I was conned into a subscription when I was notified of the charge. Cancelled it immediately. Stay clear in my opinion

All orders are automatically set up as monthly subscriptions, there is no option for a one off purchase. For products that are expensive, the lack of customer service, email or telephone contact, tells you to avoid this company

I purchased 2 and they have been plugged in for 2 weeks now no odor what so ever my frebreeze plug in is way much better very disappointed will never purchase this Drift again they need to stop scamming people

They trick you into a subscription model that I cannot cancel easily online. Cancellation screen just times out.

Ordered on 1st March, did manage to cancel my subscription but order still not arrived. Complained again on 20th and surprisingly it’s been shipped today. Needless to say I don’t believe this. Total scam I fell for the hype. Was sent and request to review the product before they even said it was posted.

One star for the fact that they will sign you up for a subscription service without consent. One star for their customer service trying to gaslight you into saying "its stated on our website its a subscription service" and "we sent you an email to let you know we would be deducting the amount and sending you your next air freshner"
I only realised it was a subscription service was by receiving an email from them to say my order was shipped....
I only give them 2 stars for the fact that they cancelled the order and refunded my money without the blink of an eye....I suspect its because they know they are in the wrong.
Also 1 star for the product itself. Looks good, smelt good for maybe like 4 days...now is just a useless piece of wood.

I’m so tired of companies who have decided that customer service is not necessary! I bought their scent product in October and didn’t care for it. I didn’t realize it was a subscription so when I received another in November I cancelled it, CANCELLED, but guess what shows up on my credit card in March. No one to call, they won’t take returns and the product is not worth the money

I received my order and 1 bottle had a hole in it. They won't respond to my emails so I DO NOT recommend buying from them. Their product is really pricey but I thought I would give them a try instead of all the other crap I have been buying. Now I find out that Amazon sells their product. I guess I should have bought from Amazon and I would have saved a little money. Not worth buying from them at all.

Once again I gave Drift.com the benefit of the doubt and attempted to order from them again. This time I paid extremely close attention to what I was doing and how I was placing the order. I made absolutely sure it was a one time order. 30 days later, my bank account is being charged for a subscription fee of $17.95, yet I do not have an account, nor do I have log in credentials. I could not get a human on the phone, so I had to activate the account to cancel the subscription, then close the account. I’ll stick to little trees or Febreeze, but I’ll never go back to these con-artists.

Wrote a previous review for these guys and hit the wrong star. They are by far five star. What an incredible group of people. They really listen and take care of you

Drift is one of the biggest scams in online purchasing of products. It is impossible to speak to a real person, and the company charges month after month of unauthorized purchases. I’ve been reporting this company to multiple organizations for fraud, and I’ve gotten nowhere. I strongly advise not having any dealings with Drift unless you are okay about receiving second-rate products that you didn’t order and are willing to purchase. It’s a minus ZERO.

I have tried to cancel my subscription. Please do so TODAY. I don’t like it. It’s not what it claims to be. Linda Miller 3041 Ridgemont Circle, Kingsport, Tn. CANCEL it today. I can’t stand it when there’s no way to contact a company directly. STOP. SEND NO MORE.

1 order they secretly started to take and re order without my consent. 2 nd order was shipped to some word address i have nothing to do with. No response on emails. Absolutely poor service. Never again

I’m a stickler for smells. I bought the macadamia swirl for the my SUV. I didn’t smell anything. I like to open up my vehicle and the fragrances from my vehicle hit my nose. This was not the case and I was highly disappointed. Back to my febreze scents until something else comes out I would like to try.

I bought this as a one off to try it out. Next month I see a payment come out of my account for a 'subscription' WTF! I never subscribed to this. Avoid this company they are complete gangsters. I do not know how this is legal that they can automatically signed you up to a subscription when you have not asked for it and have not given them your consent. Surely this has to be illegal?

I ordered a 2 pack of scent blocks. A few minutes later, I was notified of future ship/bill dates. I did not authorize a subscription.
I have already froze the charge on my credit card and cancelled the remaining shipments.
This a scam and this company should be closed.
They had my credit card info too, I never did business with them.
I will be going after these mfer's, you can count on that.
