Outstanding Customer Experience Thanks to James Hunt at Drift Bridge Group

I recently purchased my car through Drift Bridge Group and the entire decision was made easy thanks to the exceptional service from James Hunt. His knowledge, support and professionalism were on a completely different level. There is genuinely nothing James doesn’t know about customer service — he made the whole process clear, stress‑free and enjoyable.

I’ll be honest: my experience with Chiswick Audi had almost put me off the brand entirely. The contrast when dealing with James was remarkable. He restored my confidence, took the time to understand what I needed, and guided me through every step with patience and expertise.

If every dealership had a James, buying a car would be a pleasure for everyone. Drift Bridge Group are very lucky to have him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them — or him — to anyone considering an Audi.

Excellent service from Neil, Chrissy and bodyshop team

Excellent service from Neil, Chrissy and the team at the Drift Bridge VW bodyshop. Carried out one sizeable repair to a door and three other minor repairs and the car looks almost back to new. Plus, friendly, responsive customer service throughout. Really pleased with the results and the quality of service. Recommended.

Great until they get your money

Great until they get your money. Then they don’t take any accountability for you being left with issues on a brand new car nor the inconvenience caused to you.

I had such good service from Braden Batley through the selling part.
When it came to the after sales im left very disappointed and i truly regret my purchase.
No apology for inconvenience.
Wanted my day wasted for car to be brought in for diagnostic testing only to be told needs to be done a different day.

There’s clear marks on the rear light inside and out so no way is this something i could have done and im told tough that its my responsibility and that i probably caused it.
Rubbish and impossible the positioning of the damage.
And of course no documented photos of when they had the car to prove otherwise.

There’s a noise left on my car and again no apology.
Braden tells me it’s not their fault and these things can happen.
Very matter of fact.
An apology would have been nice and some empathy.
I have been nothing but courteous and polite.
Agreed to a good review initially.
However now things change and i will be taking this as far as i can go as the handling of things after are not acceptable as far as i am concerned and not what i would expect after paying such a large deposit and purchasing a brand new car.

I am more than just a number and as i have been made to feel this way i will continue with my complaint which im sad to have to do.

Poor customer service and very unclear…

Poor customer service and very unclear communication. AudiCAM is advertised as part of the MOT when booking, but I didn’t receive it this time, even though I have previously. Left feeling like they didn’t even check the car, and unfortunately I can’t trust this place.
